Just finished 8 and 9. So excited about the 2ML coming in. It is nice that these 2 episodes, ML was milder and was sort of helping her in his own way. She had so much angst against him that she really believed and made the viewers believe that the ML was doing the things he did on purpose. I was actually getting quite upset with the ML and the boss of that real estate company. I am really liking this drama.

I just looked it up. I can't believe I hadn't seen anything about that one til now. Definitely going to check it out.

I know I feel like that too. I feel like maybe she has a hidden agenda for hiring Ning Meng. It's crazy that we can't hope that a secondary character is just trying to be good and we always think there is something else behind it, lol.

Why did the episode have to end like the teaser for that episode? I am glad BFX finally knows or rather understands HFX's feelings for her. Now I really can't wait til that chancellor guy finds out who she really is.

Is it just me or are these politics getting annoying? I say this because how many times have they tried to take Lanxi down and every single time he best them at their own game. Can they not figure out they are never going to win? I wish Lanxi would just wipe them out already. He knows they keep doing this on purpose. Out of all the players the king is the worst. He knows what is going on and he knows who is doing it. He says he wants peace and tranquility, but he is two faced liar pants. I think it secretly thrills him to see them fighting. Ugh, enough already my brain can't take much more of this stupidity. (Just me being exasperated, take it with a grain of salt, because this drama is still awesome) I do have to say the acting is superb by all the cast, except maybe the maid we can't see.

I loved The Sword and the Brocade. Absolutely one of my favorites of hers. I also loved Under the Power. I prefer her in costume dramas, I think. But her modern dramas are really good as well.

Right!? what are the odds, lol. I can't wait til the next episode, they always do that leave us wanting to know what happens next.

I hate that no matter where he runs into her at, he ex-boss criticizes her. I mean give it up already. She has left and moved on and yet there he is still pushing her down.

Watching episode 6 right now and Tian got talked to and now is all whiny, but she talked that way to NM, so she needs to shut up. I don't like her at all.

The ML is playing his character very well. The character he is playing is a very mean, vicious, egocentric, rude, etc. CEO. When I say mean that is putting it lightly. It is not the ML we have a problem it is the character the ML is acting.
