i hope we get to know the why behind why jane yai has to do those deals. bruh he can be a weirdo or psycho ig (i mean the level of manipulation and reverse psychology he is constantly using on jane lek is…yikes), jane lek don’t even care no more cuz he so horny for jane yai, but why did he have to sexually assault jane lek multiple times in the first part of the show…honestly why did jane lek have to be assaulted so many times by different people in different ways…like give the guy a break!!!😞does that happen in the novel too?

tbh deephup usually rewrites og novels to be less yikes, but since this show is still very high on the yikes scale, i believe that the novel must be so much worse lol maybe i shant read it then. idk how to explain this other than when i first started the show i was blown away but from ep 6 onwards it got kinda melodrama territory without exploring the complexities of the plot which disappoints me. also when a show starts this good i have a lot if expectations of how i want the narrative to flow and this ep did not deliver. i will watch till the end but i wish i was in the writers’ room to ask some questions 😅

i loved this. it felt too real. the issues were delicately portrayed. i didn’t understand why everyone was so mad about itsuki’s character and why the rating is so low tbh. every episode felt intentional with the messages it wanted to convey. beautifully shot, beautifully acted, it did hurt nonetheless. i loved the ost as well. Japan is really creating some compelling and real stories about lgbtq people.

i wouldn’t have watched this if it wasn’t for takahashi issei. the story was alright but it was so cheesy and cringe for the most part. i wanna see issei be in more dramas that are more grounded like koisenu futari. he really outshines those roles.

thank FUCK for that happy ending. no BL has made my heart hurt as much as this one did. if it ended with that dream being real i would kms no joke!

honestly after Unknown, this story felt like something was missing. i liked the location and scenery but something felt off. the fantasy element was cool. like most comments the second couple were very cute. but yeah this was a little disappointing. i liked the guest appearances though.
