Yeah. We who follow new eps as they drop only really have 3 days a week to talk about new developments. I've seen a few here and on twtr/x who just started on the show though.

Most people are sleeping on this gem! But I think others may want to enjoy the mystery unfolding on their own. It's okay. We can't force them to talk if they don't want to. As long as they are enjoying this like we do.

Not a twin. Ye Liu Xi is from a nobody family in the sand villages who was born when the Nandou stars appeared in the sky. Long Zhi is part of the Long family of sorcerers and did some evil plotting and spells against Ye Liu Xi and the people around her. We'll find out more in the next episodes.

lately on MDL, new shows rating 7.8-8.3 are still good overall (better to read reviews and comments to figure out the real sentiment). Higher usually means some wildly popular or idol ML/FL. Cast here are veterans who are really good at their craft but not exactly popular. If I like a show, I just do my bit by rating every episode with a 10 to help bump up the overall rating.

Someone here replied to me saying the roosters will do something to help YLX and it's a game changer. Which I think MYZ spoiled when they were talking about the roosters during the presscon hahaha
EDIT: During the presscon, MYZ said that she didn't like the rooster because it stole her heart string and gave it to YLX. Rooster stealing her stuff hahaha

I wish Uncle Ao's part of the good guys. Maybe he wears that in the later part after they overthrow the Longs.
But it's not difficult to imagine that he was used to appear harmless and giving them information while subtly directing them to go to Black Stone City. At least we know DongXi doesn't 100% believe everything Yuman Pass people tell them and pieces things together on their own.

Wonder what's with YLX's blood that woke up the golden snake. Earlier someone fell into the pit and the snake didn't even move.

As a child, she already thought of letting the Sand Beast ravage the villages to find the Bones of LiuXi.
She manipulated Zhang Jian's memories to pretend to be QingZhi and make QingZhi =/= Ye LiuXi and become the leader of Scorpion Eyes.
Then she revived Chang Dong during the Camelia incident to use him against YLX (she being the cause of the unnatural sandstorm).
Then she placed a parasitic plant in DL to use Gao Shen to kill someone (YLX).

She has so many cards up her sleeves. She looks like she'll use anyone and anything to get what she wants.

From what I've figured, roosters have keen senses. Valley Guardian is good with detecting Scorpion Eye but is a scaredy cat. Ocean Guardian is a bit more daring so they took it with them to the mines and walking ahead like a sniffing dog. Also, Ocean wasn't afraid of the golden snake nor aggressive towards it.
