It kinda makes sense come to think of it. The prophecy about the "Bones of LiuXi" was only known among the powerful sorcerer families. So her poor family wouldn't have called her LiuXi hahaha They knew she came from the Ye family - they mentioned about her surviving from the sand beast in the water tank.

I think they want to "Head west out of Yumen" themselves. What they plan to do when they do, I don't know. But there seems to be a bigger scheme using YLX to achieve what they want. This bigger scheme is what ZGS wants to not be part of anymore, but I don't think the Longs want to stop.

EDIT: I think CD writing "he doesn't have enought time" meant he planned to be left behind. I saw some BTS clip where he shouted at YLX "why did you come back?"

Yeah. We who follow new eps as they drop only really have 3 days a week to talk about new developments. I've seen a few here and on twtr/x who just started on the show though.

Most people are sleeping on this gem! But I think others may want to enjoy the mystery unfolding on their own. It's okay. We can't force them to talk if they don't want to. As long as they are enjoying this like we do.

Not a twin. Ye Liu Xi is from a nobody family in the sand villages who was born when the Nandou stars appeared in the sky. Long Zhi is part of the Long family of sorcerers and did some evil plotting and spells against Ye Liu Xi and the people around her. We'll find out more in the next episodes.

lately on MDL, new shows rating 7.8-8.3 are still good overall (better to read reviews and comments to figure out the real sentiment). Higher usually means some wildly popular or idol ML/FL. Cast here are veterans who are really good at their craft but not exactly popular. If I like a show, I just do my bit by rating every episode with a 10 to help bump up the overall rating.
