I think that’s what makes me still side with the ML haha. I know some comments that XW is the second choice and ZZ is so upright and the best choice for her- I think it’s a bit restraining for her free nature. Though I dislike the possessiveness and overbearingness that XW portrays (super red flags there), I think I can somewhat understand that he still knows XN best and they’re on the same page when it comes to their goals. That’s why they’re compatible.
BUT SURELY, she falls for him for a reason. Can’t just be for his good looks 😆 I just hope I see that reason eventually because other than that, I think she should just not be with either men! Lol

I’m hoping they change that behaviour but it’s slightly evident in the trailers that they kept some bits like when he forces the kiss on her. it’s funny cause in the trailers it didn’t look like such cause of all the editing, but as more videos surfaced, you see the clips and they make him so domineering which is so off putting for me. I haven’t read the novel but I did wonder what made her actually fall for him- like she feared him so much so what switched, but I guess to your point, was it just the fact that she knew of his sacrifices? I guess in todays day and age, that’s a massive red flag there regardless but maybe back in the days they didn’t think otherwise. haha

I think Shui yi thinks the ex is his niece because of the interaction in the first episode, and then shi Yan’s niece coming to the office and talking about her ‘uncle’ to Shu Yi makes it sound like they’re talking about Shi Yan collectively.
everyone watches at their own pace and understands differently. the way I conveyed it was slightly different- no need to get all rude about it, MDL after all is a public/open forum. If you got so worked up by my question, you could have easily ignored it. The fact that you chose to respond meant you already had no good intentions.
