Both have exes but ML's ex is married (To another person) so we shouldn't worry about her too much, but FL ex does come back and try to get back with her but she made it clear to him that she doesn't want to get back with him.

No he doesn't hate his ex. They just drifted apart and this caused the divorce based on what i remember, I guess that is just awkwardness that's between them after the separation.

In the webtoon/manhwa they divorced because they grew apart, they did love each other but their relationship wasn't like it used to be. (They were young) Their marriage lasted less than a year. Based on what I remember, they didn't show much about them, they kept things professional at work and didn't make private contact outside of work after the divorce. (This is what i remember, Also there was NO cheating if i remember correctly)
