We're not too emotional Mr. Lilac
A passionate story. At the beginning of the story, there were many mysteries to discover at university and many obstacles to overcome. While during the second half of the series the protagonists had to deal with real life and the unresolved problems between them. They had to condense a lot of things and cut out a lot of characters from the book to get to their ending, i would have appreciated a few more episodes just to better explain the events and make them more natural (towards the last episodes everything seemed too rushed). That said i also appreciated that the story more or less follows the book but that IT IS NOT the book. Honestly the book is almost scary!! with all the things that happen to Little Jane, so I really appreciate that the series toned down certain things. That said, the characters!! I loved Tee and Heng's performance even though this is one of their first works they were incredible! Absolutely brilliant! Finally i appreciated the music and the colors of the series, makes everything very thematic, very mysterious and compelling!! In short, this is one of those series that keeps you glued to the screen!
