This series is MY 1000 star!
So many contrasting emotions, what an incredible performance from Earth and Mix. The story hits deep in the heart and shakes you... it doesn't matter how many times you watch this series, because every single time it turns you upside down. A series that talks about rebirth, loss, humanity and how there are still places and people in the world that are worth fighting and staying for. A story that talks about dreams, connections between people seen and not because sometimes there are bonds that arise in the most unexpected situations, because sometimes life makes us change path for a specific reason. We all hope to be seen, we all deserve to be loved.
This series teaches that everyone deserves to be loved, that there are different types of families, bonds, relationships and that the ones worth fighting for are the genuine ones, those that are born from love, trust, friendship, solidarity. Through the characters we understand that there is only one life and there are essential values that bind us, that take us back to the same people or push us to search for new people, new bonds that are worth fighting for, living for, surviving and giving ourselves a second chance.The music, sets and actors perfectly convey nostalgia, pain, social pressure and the joy of discovering love.

This series is everything i didn't want.
I didn't have high expectations for the series (and the novel).Since it's Omegaverse, I would have been grateful for just the "bare minimum" a simple, cliché story would have been fine but no, there isn't really a story here at all. Absolutely nothing happens. The serie explains the mechanics of the Omegaverse, but it lacks a plot, it essentially a story of their days at home or at the café.
Nakhun is a character who doesn't change; in fact, he is getting worse with every episode. He doesn't apologize for what he’s done, nor does he care about Phatsa; he just works, eats, gives orders, spends money on him, and repeats the routine the next day. He wants a baby, yet he barely has a relationship with Phatsa. Phatsa is angry, but he doesn't ask him why or how he can help; instead, he gives him a few affectionate strokes and tells him to come home with him. He does absolutely nothing to try to get to know Phatsa better! his tastes, his hobbies, his friends, or his family... absolutely nothing. He bit him and takes responsibility only for that; he does nothing beyond that, and if he does act, it is solely due to the effects the bite has on both him and Phatsa. Sure, he is affectionate and seems to care about him, but he does absolutely nothing to show it. He is a shallow, one-dimensional character.
Phatsa is completely irresponsible; that might have been okay at the start, but as the story progresses, he just lets things slide, and it makes less and less sense. Everyone tells him what to do, but never why, and he accepts it all without thinking too much about it. The only points in his favor are his initiative: he gets bitten and goes to live with Nakhun; he is unable to work so he agrees to help out around the house, he wants to see his friends but is forced to return home early. He's trying but with all the other characters that stand in his way, there isn't much he can actually decide to do.
The rest of the family is just flat characters lacking depth; they are poorly written characters who show no growth or initiative.
The only "plot elements" in this story involve the father trying to figure out who the pure omega is, and the attacks on the family, yet even these aren't explored properly.
It’s true that i didn't have high expectations, but this doesn't even meet the bare minimum.

The perfect series.
A series that incorporates everything perfectly. A series of growth, sacrifices, love, second chances, humanity, resignation, longing and faith. A fantasy, historical and romantic series that keeps you glued to the screen, with its costumes, music, laughter and tears. A series that incorporates so much in 16 episodes and leaves a mark in your heart, thanks to the wonderful cast and the carefully crafted stories and music.Was this review helpful to you?

An unforgettable and unmissable series. Jimmy and Sea's performance left an indelible impact. This series makes you hope, believe, rejoice and cry... cry a lot. A story of lives that don't give up, that try to move forward, to fight, to grow, to love and be loved and that are looking for a second chance. This story makes us understand that the most essential things are not seen... they are tried, experimented and sometimes unfortunately you have to give up. Sometimes there is more than meets the eye.
This series is difficult and rigorously tragic and despite everything when one believes that things can't go well life gives something to hold on to, a gesture, a moment, a person, a smile, a small glimmer of hope. Emi and Bonnie have such natural chemistry and are able to convey so much from their performance. This story talks about loves that are born, about complex families and unresolved problems and teaches us that it is people, with their actions and their words that mark us and also help us and give us a second chance. The cast is phenomenal, the sets are detailed and the music is perfect!Was this review helpful to you?
The thing you were looking for has always been there is your family.
What an incredible story, it makes you understand the value of family even in the most difficult situations and conditions, it's not a blood bond, it's the people you surround yourself with, it's their values, their humanity and the tenacity with which they face the difficulties of life. A story that knocks you down and makes you get up with your head held high after each episode, a story full of messages, of unspoken loves, of values and natural feelings that are difficult to express, but never wrong. The story of a family facing difficult times, which changes over time, as people age, these family bonds become stronger. Destroy yourself to love yourself more.
I expected this story to be heavy but never this heavy. The colors, costumes and music mask the true identity of this story well. A serious drama, tackling self-esteem, how others perceive us, past traumas, mental health issues, and adorning it all with a solid love story. It goes without saying that as the first complete series Perth and Santa did an amazing job. This series hits you like a hurricane out of the blue and when you least expect it you find yourself crying. Simple things are always best!
A simple, sweet story of growth and love, created with care and that makes you fall in love with the characters and hope for "happily ever after". Sometimes the simplest and most meticulously crafted stories are the most beautiful. The cast made this sweet story phenomenal!
