I like fierce Lu Chang. Minister Lu is unprincipled. Makes sense that he's the type that "lost" his wife and son with all the resources possible to find them.

Court politics with each enemy being taken down 1 by 1 isn't bad. Finally a scene with Father Lu but it's a confrontation. Good!

I've lost count of the rejections. SML Is playing deaf and dumb. Every one else has a purpose in this story, even Su Tang Li's double agent guard (who I kinda like), but him? What's his role and why do we still need to see him?

No, different people. The novelist posted an extra chapter a few days ago. Modern version of Ming Shu and Lu Chang. It seems she doesn't understand the changes to her story.

Everything in that scene was either mistranslated or written wrong. "Years" and "black" instead of "months" and "green".

I don't understand his purpose. If you delete his scenes, it has no affect on the plot. The body guard following Su Tang Li has more of a point. The eunuchs have more effect. Aye.

Ming Shu must be wondering if he's the one with amnesia. How many times has it been???

I love whenever WZQ questions the logic of a script. He seems silly and innocuous, but there's a lot of thought and diligence in his work.

I get the premise of the character, but the execution is lacking. Su Tang Li should be a lot more sympathetic.

The body guard might be the most interesting of the trio. He seems to have sympathy for her because he's like a slave himself. This would be a great love story but I don't think that's what we are getting.

With or without memory, with or without falling for Lu Chang, she has no feelings for SML. Multiple times she has rejected him.

And Lu Chang didn't want to marry her in Episode 1, but by Ep 31, with everything he has done and risked for her, I think it makes up for it.

Two completely families. I don't know Chinese but I heard the Chinese characters of "Lu" are different
