Wi Ha Joon isn't in the cast ? I was very curious about his character.
nah, he is gonna be there. im 100% sure. just sayin' but handsome guys like him ain't dying so fast lmao T-T he's gonna be back but since part2 is just being written, he's not included in the cast as of now
eh, so many plot holes. the ending sucks. i really liked the acting of the guy who acted as Hangyeol (i hope that's his name. the main dad's son). the other actors including the mc were great, of course. but the story lacks a lot ngl. it felt plain throughout. it's still watchable though. i would say it's like a 5.5 on 10
the idea is good but the plot and execution is sad big time
I prefer Japanese mangas with Japanese characters stay in Japanese media. They're just doing it good and japanese…
eh, there are a few "manhwa" to kdrama/movie adaptations. ones like Weak Hero, Hellbound, Strangers From Hell, Sweet Home, A Business Proposal, D.P, The Boy Next Door, Annarasumanara (Sound of Magic), All Of Us Are Dead etc. those are good stuff but korea has really good "manhwas" that they should start adapting. relying on the mangas aren't good enough. they need to look past the other stories and adapt ones from their own country. manhwas like The Boxer, The Horizon, Pigpen, Bastard etc. those will make a good adaptation for dramas/movies that could potentially become the next gateway
eh, i don't see why Koreans should make live-adaptations from mangas/animes. they've plenty of good "manhwas" and by that, i mean, really good ones out there which fit their theme and production. they should start adapting ones like The Boxer, The Horizon, Bastard, Pigpen etc. Those great works don't require much from the teams other than the theme and set tone. The story already exists and should rival some of the mangas out there. If done well they could be a great gateway, just like how Hellbound was.
Season one is a prequel anyways, but if you want more the webtoon is 100/10 amazing, alsoseason one totally works…
the adaptation of the manhwa to the drama was pretty bad honestly. the drama by itself, without taking into consideration the manhwa story/character, is pretty fun and nice to watch. the drama adaptation wasn't very satisfactory or faithful and this is coming from someone who loves Weak Hero (manhwa)
i just hope im alive then lmao T_T
AND GOD HE IS 24?! 24?! omg, i thought he was 17-19
the idea is good but the plot and execution is sad big time
