Bro only gets the bully roles. He's definitely good at acting as a bully and looks young enough to play high school roles but he is always a support character, which works for him. The only thing I hope is for him to get more screentime through these support roles. He is a good actor~~~
How was it "messy" toward the end? The storyline was still really easy to follow. Just because something's not…
I never mentioned what I found messy, but whatever I did, I thought it was quite messy and you don't have to agree with me. It's "my opinion" and that's what I think. The storytelling technique is something I've consumed in tons of medias even within Korean medium, so I know how these works.
I thought it was disappointing and that's it. I never said it was difficult to follow either. I just didn't like it. It's just all over the place to me. I'm not going to change my perspective on this since that's how I saw the series, so yeah
It is a very low score by MDL standard.Anything 8 or below is considered not a very good drama and many people…
Ehh still, it just means the MDL majority liked Moving more than Mask Girl and that's fine. It doesn't have to reflect what it is like globally. And my original point was that the rating isn't too low, so your comment just shows that it's a really popular series anyway so there's no loss in a 7.9 rating. And tbf something being the buzzword/popularity doesn't necessarily equal to a good or enjoyable series. Mask Girl definitely has a target audience that is not me.
Moving - well, I don't see western series so Idk but in kdrama scene, as you've said, it's new and fresh so I find it really good and entertaining. It seems more like my calling so I'm sticking with it. And superhero idea itself isn't the originality I'm talking about, so yeah
I don't think its overhyped. If you are in the right mood and like this type of shows, like I do, it was jackpot.…
Yeah I'm with you on this. I've seen similar series like this too and this one, despite having a really good start, just became disappointing in the latter half.
And by any chance, do you have any recommendations of series with dark themes? I'm so done watching most of the popular ones lol

The rating is pretty solid tho. Based on most reviews on here, half of us either really enjoyed the series or found it quite disappointing towards the latter half. Going by the reviews alone, that rating is quite good. I'm used to series like Mask Girl - honestly my standards for series that follows similar themes are high, but this one was solid. There are other series like this one I've seen before so it's not very original to me.
And Moving is quite original imo. I haven't seen a similar series. It is also quite enjoyable and seems like a wide variety of audience could consume it.
Mask Girl has a target audience unlike Moving IMHO. I personally didn't find it that good in the latter half, so that rating is quite high even by MDL standards to me.
It was a good watch but not my cup of tea. I felt like it was kinda messy and disappointing towards the end. And I'm not sure what people mean by "the rating is too low"
7.9 is closer to 8, and it's a high rating. Dramas don't need to be a 9 or 10 to be considered a good watch. 7.9 is solid and generous, really.
Anyone else misread the title as "Lee Dong Wook" and rushed over? ðŸ˜âœ‹ Lmao my heart dropped (in a good way, since I thought my man would finally be getting married which is just YAY)
This will either end up great as S1 or fall badly...I hope its the former.
Tbf this doesnt require an S2 since it ended on an intriguing note, but I'll be lying if i said i didnt want an S2 with the rest or the new set of cast. well, can only hope this goes well.
they changed the story for the first part a bit, for example in the webtoon soo ho doesn't know how to fight.…
Felt more like Lookism branched out but I still like the webtoon more since I have been reading it for so long. The drama adaptation wasn't faithful in many ways. Still entertaining but just not good adaptation

He's still in coma so no, unless they change drama story. There are even more cooler characters in weak hero. Suho originally was incapable of fighting in webtoon and was a weak person, but gray's new friends are really strong guys and the villain is the strongest and coolest dude in the verse.
Gray got over suho and embraces his new friends as they healed his trauma. There is not a single needed mention of suho as the webtoon is mostly about gangs and fighting
soo true! happened with god of highschool and noblesse was a hot mess. like bruh, if that happens to SL, im seriously going to cry.
and AHH YEAH, i mean, since the manhwa is over, people were discussing about the side stories and the new novel on jinwoo's son. nothing new, but it's still a very active sub :)
man, this makes me so sad. i love hiim soo much! i pray he stops all the drug use and if he hasn't hurt anyone apart from himself through his actions, THEN HE MUST RETURN after the recovering. his acting is soo good TT_TT i love you and i believe in you, Yoo ah in~~
brooo tell me about it T_T the anime trailer looks like the typical isekai recycled trailer and the colors are so bland. i hope they don't stash like 200 chapters into 10 episodes or something. i will yeet myself if that happens
oh yeaahhh!! his son's novel came out on kakao
oh btw, are u on r/sololeveling? (subreddit on reddit)

But I'm happy for KIM dong wook!

And by any chance do you know the english title of the korean show 꼬꼬무?
