I think is some MDL cap / algorithm again - there is no way that is fell so much from yesterday...

I didn't drive deeper into this point because I thought everyone is aware of how LGBT was portrayed - since its still the most common stereotype in mainstream media that LGBT needs to fight... But I still easily agree with 90% of what you wrote.
But I think you overestimate SCOY... like this show is not that deep... like it's under Channel 3 that have pretty bad rep. in Thai LGBT community for the some reason you just stated... This show is also based on novel - written by "Young", "female" and "still studying" author (Couldn't find more information about her) so her "feminine" gay characters all having secret crushes on "manly" hot young sporty guys... might just be what it seems to be - female teenager yaoi fantasy than an actual representation

It's all Japanese and Japanese humor is specific, making it not for everyone.
While I tried to mention some variety but couldn't think of good comedy worth recommendation from Korea or Thai....

Who knows? We had confirmation from Not me director that her budget was cut mid-filming. While Enchante and Star look very budget-friendly... while F4 used a big budget at the beginning but later according to the review also started having budget problems... so i think they patched it up by using money for other productions.
Leaving me with the suspicion that we might not see anything decent budget-wise from GMMTV for a while..

Sorry, but where were you the whole 80, 90 and 2000? Did you watch any TV show from that period? Like for decades, only feminine guys were portrayed as gays. Giving birth to various stereotypes of the LGBT community - am sure everyone can mention a few. Interest in fashion for example...
Allowing other types of personality to portray gays roles - allowed the border audience to realize that sexuality have nothing with personality or the way someone behaves or like.
But I agree with you that Thai Bl should show more often that "FEM MALES CAN and DO EXPERIENCE LOVE too. " and just stop only using them as comedic relief characters.
