Then when your friends try to leave she is beaten up by her hubby, who later to avoid arrest end up in mental hospital pushing doctor to contact your friend... later you learn that this whole situation was your fault while your friend go back to father of her children.... Yup its nice vivid example. They pretty much banned him from the craft he perfected over the years - he can't even write song or produce music in any kinds... while tying him by contract with 3 different companies to protect themselves from all sides and make him unable to get out... How its even legal is beyond me...

As a person who was born and raised in EU - you are right that we didn't have any specific mandatory sexual education in school around consent in curricula. But I think it mostly because from the get-go we were thought that no -means no. Which is probably why I and my friends are so easy going about sexual aggression in dramas - its pure fiction for us because we just know that we need scream "help" and we would receive it without additional questions.
Only finished 2 episodes - but it kinda dowing on me why in my country all classrooms are closed between lessons if there was no teacher present... bullying still exist but bully hitting anyone on school ground in public would end up in the director's office before he would be able to punch anyone for the second time...
