There is an understated but shining moment in ep.25:
Because of how they died in their past life, DZ has so much trauma and fear about arrows in this life. She used to tremble and be mentally shaken after each arrow incident(the ship and the hunt scenes). She was so scared of dying again with Song Mo that she wanted to stay away from him. Plus, she learned over time that even with her best efforts, some "fated" outcomes stay the same, solidifying her conviction to avoid him. However, events brought them together and they fell in love.

The novel is more LSS-centered but eventually LSS×TTJ saved the realms together. XL had an abbreviated role in their mortal arc and never had romantic interest in YXW coz he loved YBC.
