Yeah it's a bit slow at first but the story picks up from ep.7 onwards since the rest of the important characters are getting introduced. Please refer to my answer to Eunice888 for the dits. FYH used some elements from the kdrama since they bought rights to it but since it is a historical investigative drama, they'll prolly expand the story more with different cases and political intrigues aside from developing the romance aspect of it.
