This drama was such a waste of time. After watching Pretty Man 2 I thought the chemistry between the actors was great. I didn't expect this drama to have such melodrama. It is really dramatic. I am a practical person and feel that after what Zhou Yan Zhao did to Zhou Xiao Meng she should have left him. I mean come on who does that. If the man you love tortured you would you do just stay with him. There is a thing called self-respect. You should know that. instead of watching it, it's better, you watch Pretty man S1&2 or My Mr. Mermaid. Was this review helpful to you?

This drama is perfect. I would never get rid of watching it. I love this drama. The best part of this drama is the shyness between the male and female lead.Story: The story is perfect. The plot is awesome. I must say the writer has done a perfect job. The thing I don't like about the plot is that there are some ancient scenes. It's not that I don't like ancient dramas or ancient scenes, no I like them even I have watched 3 ancient dramas. But, the point here is that it is not necessary here.
Acting/cast: I love the acting of the drama. It is wonderful. The cast of this drama had done a very good job and has made the drama perfect. Whenever I dramas there are some scenes where I feel the actors or cast can make it more realistic or better but it has not happened to me in this drama.
Music: I have not listened to the ost of this drama so I don't have the authority to judge the music.

Not for simple story lover
This drama is really complicated. First, the husband cheats on the wife and then that wife sleeps with her son-in-law. Who the hell sleeps with their mother-in-law. The marriage is out of force and pressure but one should at least respect the relationship. I think it is really overrated and there is more tragedy than story. There is revenge, drama, emotion, and of course love. It is a good drama but there is a lot of things going on at the same time so it is a bit overwhelming. The one who likes drama in story likes this story and prefers watching but if someone likes simple stories then this drama is not for you.Was this review helpful to you?

Even though I am not an ancient drama fan I still love this drama. The drama has really deep feelings. If you prefer a happy ending it is not for you. This drama is touching and made me cry. I am a very practical and strong person and I rarely cry watching shows or movies but I cried watching this drama. I feel this drama is really good. Story: Talking about the story of the drama I loved it but I didn't like how Mu Le had to leave. Ye Yuan'an had a very bad fate in love. Her first love marries another girl and her second love leaves her. I really feel bad for her.
Acting: The acting of the drama is the best. The actors have done a very good job. They have made the viewers live in the story.
Music: I didn't listen to OSTs of this drama so I don't think I should judge it.
Rewatch value: I have not watched after the first time as I know the ending is sad.

The drama is not that bad. Actually, it is really good. The part which I don't like is that the female lead confesses at the beginning. It's not that girl is not supposed to confess at first but it should not have occurred in the first episode. Also, there should be a little sign that the male lead likes the female lead. I mean it is not shown properly at the beginning. I needed to assume that the male lead likes the female lead because they are male and female lead. The story is really good though. It has the perfect amount of drama and suspense. It is just perfect if you don't like ea plain or a very dramatic drama. Was this review helpful to you?

If you like high school drama then it is his drama is great but I feel it is perfect for you to watch. Well personally speaking this drama is great but it is not worth rewatching. Yes! You should watch it but if you re-watch it, it is really boring. The main reason it is not worth rewatching is that it has not twisted. The story is plain and cute. The best part of this drama is it has a happy ending. It has the innocence of every college student and is perfect if you are a college student.
