I swear to God! If y'all don't know how to appreciate a good kdrama — the comedy, the nuance, the romance, the gradual buildup. You better shut up!!! This was a good move by the director, that he had already gotten the contract revealed in the ep 8 and 9. It makes it interesting, as to how our leads will handle the whole situation. And you can clearly see, Huiju becoming like I-AN, the way he smiles when he thinks about her — she has started doing the same, without even realising. These subtle nuances make it a fulfilling watch. If you don't have the patience and level of appreciation, better be quiet!!!
Exactly! All the right ingredients, but terrible execution! I literally felt so bad as to why such a visually pleasing and well-acted piece was nothing but a beautiful collection of unrealised potential.
