I haven't found the special episodes so will share my thoughts solely based on these 10 episodes~ while watching it, i saw many comments that how stupid naoki was to let ren return and surpass riko, the real owner of the body. As a teenager maybe riko was naive to demand ren overruling her body in order to gain attention but trust me her mother was psycho (even though she regretted somewhat in ending ). Also maybe riko was feeling guilty of leaving ren behind in fire when she came to save her. This was done and riko lived as ren who was likable by all. Naoki at first was attracted toward ren (even if not romantically) , then he discovered miss panda (riko) who was like his hero. I mean he clearly said that he lied about wanting riko not miss panda. He felt homely like a close family member with riko . Suddenly recovering riko to life would have caused so many issues as in she didn't went to school,college at all (coz that will be in ren's memory ) and naoki don't have feelings for her as a girl. ren meanwhile was pursuing her career and was not at all unlikable. naoki erased his memory to have a fresh start was a good step as if he is likely to meet ren , he won't think of her Miss panda, the hero. or how he used her for revenge. Miss panda was nice and fun character but practically her existence was not possible.
Oh this duo ❤❤❤❤! Have only seen these actors in some movies based on magna! (Ngl i liked them as actors, the voice of hirano sho is to die for and some comic movies from nakajima kento were mood lifter) I haven't watched korean movie but since it's a drama i think there will be more to the story and characters. Looking forward to this :)
