Good taste prevents me from say what kind of a #@#% move that was for the Chairman to invite his stepson over…
Hello, your username is familiar. Were you in the Comments Page of THE REAL HAS COME? If so, good to see you here!
At first, I was hoping against hope that Seungdon will reinstate Gangju to his previous position. My jaw dropped....
I mean Taewoong might be his biological son but how much do you know about him to allow him to live with you? He is a stranger. What if he was out to destroy you and your Jiseung Group IF he were still angry about being abandoned?
This part of the story is incredulous and that's thanks to the Writer. ππ
Honestly I love miyeon stealing money arc, that was actually the only thing I found hilarious in this drama. If…
You funny lady! I guess you do have a good sense of humour. ππ€£π
The Three Thieves are dropping their guard again. It's human nature as nothing bad has happened to the money thus far so they have the misconception that NOTHING BAD will happen at all. See now they did not care to close the bedroom door when the mattress was lifted away exposing all the crisp notes.
"So many thefts cancel each other out." This sentence of yours made me πππ. YES! Grandparents could not report their daughter to the police. But they would give her a trashing and kick Miyeon out of the house. π€π¦΅π
Seungdon is so cruel to a young man who lived with him as a son for 15 years and who respected and obeyed him as a father. Ok....
I wish for Taewoong to make a costly mistake (and he should as he has zero experience) and almost cause Jiseung Group great losses and make Seungdon very mad.
Charim said she would help Taewoong succeed but even she would not be able to resolve Taewoong's big mess.
And...the only one who can resolve Taewoong's mess will be GANGJU!
This is my wishful thinking. π
Whoa! Aunt Miyeon is one scary woman. I guess stealing money runs in the family. π³π΅βπ«
Yes, I found the grandparents' hostile treatment of Aunt Miyeon mind boggling. Could it be Miyeon did not tell…
I think Gidong felt that Miyeon wanted a relationship with him because his restaurant business is doing well.
Miyeon actually said "Boss, your business is doing very well." just before Gidong asked her to step out of the restaurant to "break up". He thinks that Miyeon is a money grubber without any real feelings for him.
Oh! I suddenly recalled today that Bonghee did tell grandparents that Miyeon's ex had an affair and the woman is pregnant. But idk why they still dislike her . It is as if "divorce" is taboo.

Sorry that I am conservative. π
Even if she were happy for the kimchi, kissing him when they are still unfamiliar with each other as well as they are employer & employee - she was really taking a chance with him. That's why she needed to get to know his character & background better. Obviously, he must have been badly hurt in his previous marriage.

But in real life, divorcees will tell the truth to their parents. π This is kdramaland.
Poor Miyeon, Gidong misunderstood her. But I don't blame him entirely because they only knew each other recently and she initiated their kiss....so there! π€·π»ββοΈ
the elders treat her divorced daughter wrongly !!! , they have to grow up more and learn
Yes, I found the grandparents' hostile treatment of Aunt Miyeon mind boggling. Could it be Miyeon did not tell the whole truth about her ex to her parents? If she did, I cannot figure why.
And TU is admirably self educated with no college degree and no experience in the fashion/clothing industry. If…
Agreed, Nepotism indeed!
Jiseung Group will be in ruins if Taewoong replaced Gangju's position simply because of his lack of qualifications and experience. Charim is well-aware of it but she had the audacity to recommend Taewoong. π€π π€¬
Kim Jung Hyun deserved an award for the first 20 minutes or so of episode 22. His powerful and emotional acting must be tiring to do.
My personal opinion is Bonghee was not trying to get together with Seungdon but she tried to reconcile him with Taewoong. Her immediate concern is always her children and parents-in-law.
The Lee family is in deep trouble now as they don't have enough money for granny's cancer treatment and grandfather's hospital stay. If Bonghee's red cheeks is a symptom of a serious illness, they will be in deeper trouble.
Gangju has been nothing but kind and compassionate to everyone even the cleaner at the office so from his eyes gazing at Darim in the hospital, I am sure that he will give some money back to the Lee family.
It just crossed my mind that Seungdon, Jiyeon, Gangju & Taewoong might ... might live together as a family in…
I think all the Writers have had a meeting and all agreed that most villains would be forgiven and live together with their families. I have watched kdramas for a long time and noticed this trend. Personally, the things that some villains did, in other dramas, were evil enough to be jailed so as to send a message that the evil should be punished.
Your theory is pretty good but.....The preview of episode 22 showed Jiyeon splashing the clothes at the dryer…
When Gangju insisted on taking the money in grandparents' room, Darim should not stop him. Gangju will not tell his mum where he found her money. So It is better for Gangju to be the one to return the money to his mum rather than Darim shows herself in front Jiyeon and confessed her mum & grandparents stole her money, she is returning it now and to forgive her family.
If so, good to see you here!

This is 2024 not the Joseon era.

Nevertheless, I think I can say with confidence these two will become a couple eventually and her son will join them. π¨βπ©βπ§βπ¦

How did I miss it?
I did remember they said maybe Gangju was looking for the money himself because he did not want to pay them.
Anyway, these loan sharks will complicate the money issue.
He has to, right?
And then they might tail him! Omo!
But I also think he might never tell his mum he found her money. π
Darim will begin to realise the goodness and kindness of Gangju very soon. π

I have noticed writers like the everyone-lives-happily-together ending.
What do you think?
Oh....you are right. π€
Ok, mum & grandparents will not be reported for taking the money. π€
