Dramas are like that. The Writers wants us to get worked up and then continue to watch his/her drama to find out what will happen next. As for the grandparents, I can't help it that I still like them. 😄

As we have seen what Jiyeon has been like in earlier episodes, she would not be thankful to the grandparents atp. Perhaps later, someone might scold her and then she wakes up.
Sadly, Darim still insisted liking Taewoong. This woman did not deserve Gangju at all.

Taewoong was like family so he was likely to turn down her request. C. Asking Gangju meant that her family would never know.
