That day even after her son has already died, Jung SJ still went for the follow-up appointment at the Haedeul Hospital. Unfortunately, she spotted little HW and carried him home as her son.
MR cried bitterly on realising that HW was not lost by JT deliberately but was kidnapped by crazy Jung SJ who forced a separation between HW and his parents.
I think Writer have this scene because MR may later forgive JT as she has been accusing him of losing HW deliberately for the past 30 years.
I am NOT supporting JT for not bringing HW home, 5 years later when he spotted HW in Haedeul Hospital.

Actually NY can still save her marriage at this juncture. If she and HS moved out for the soon-to-be married couple, MR and especially her husband will look at her with softer eyes.
