😁 Exposing Daechi's various crimes is a form of revenge to me. Yes, Happy Days is not the typical makjang where the revenge lasts for a considerable time.

I agree with you about knocking Sujeong "off her princess pedestal". She needs to be humbled very badly.

In this episode, Minho cried for the second time when Seungri gave him a watch as a marriage gift.
Poor guy! I feel so sorry for him because he is truly in love with Seungri for the longest time and he has no ulterior motives unlike Seungri.
Hope things will work out well eventually for this couple but, honestly, it is only a 50% possibility.
Anything goes......

I believe Seungri can do anything in order to exact revenge for her dad.
Otherwise, there is no one else who can do it, right?
But due to only 30+ episodes left, it might be a swift revenge unless the Producer requests for an extension of episodes.

All the more reason that Seungri will choose to marry Minho to plot a revenge on Daechi. I hope she will succeed in making Daechi pay for his crimes.
But her marriage will take a hit and might end up in a divorce.

Such tropes of an older sibling taking care of her younger siblings is frustrating to me.  They become the parents instead of siblings.  When they fall in love, they tell themselves that they don't have the luxury of dating and marrying and give up their bfs or gfs.  In some dramas, it was sad as the parents have passed on.  But in this drama, their father is well and alive to search for a woman to be their mother and only returns home every few months.

Gyuyeong is a disgusting piece of work and she will be the bane of Gyurim's life.  It is as if she is sucking the life out of Gyurim and she is only one year younger than Gyurim!  After the time-skip, the child Gyurim was hugging could very well be Gyuyeong's or it could be Gyurim's child with Mujin.

That commenter mentioned that Gyurim could have a child with Mujin but it is not known why he left Gyurim suddenly which means he is clueless that he is a father.  We have to watch more episodes to understand.

That's why I decided to watch because the time-skip is like a rainbow to me as it suggests that those frustrating, hard times of caring for her siblings are POSSIBLY over for her.  The story should move forward to other matters.

I read your comment about their big house and was wide-eyed to watch  each of them sleeping alone in their bedroom.  Yep, I agree with you.

The above is my explanation as to why it is "frustrating" to me.
This is my feelings and thoughts after watching 2 episodes of this drama so I posted it.  That the FL has to endure the mental and  physical stress of raising her siblings for the past 6 years which meant when she was only 18.  They are not orphans.  They have a father but he skirks his responsibility and returns home every few months.

Every drama, every episode touches each viewer differently.  These 2 episodes made you tearful and I respect your feelings because we all have different backgrounds.

But it is frustrating to me.

But do be prepared for a divorce initiated by Seungri in the end.

Seungri will scream and take it out on Minho first then she will begin her revenge on Daechi. Who else would punish Daechi.

We are at episode 88.  There is insufficient time left for Seungri to plot a full revenge unless it is a brief one or one which Gwansik will quickly put an end to or an extension of episodes. 😆

In South Korea, or I should say in kdramaland, in-laws are expected to help or cover up for their in-laws. 🫩

She has a long road ahead of her so why is she destroying her life as well as Minho's.
Just hope that, towards the end, she will realise that Minho loves her deeply and she reciprocates his love.

Yes, even if Daechi offered the money for his debts, Gwansik should not get involved in illegal dealings. It is far better to declare bankruptcy.

I really really hope Seongjun only knew about what happened after viewing the dash cam recording but Gwansik has already gone to the police.

We have yet to see what part he played in the cover-up. But my gut feeling is that Gyeol and Eunae will break up .... I will hate it. ☹️

I think when Seungri uncovers the truth that her beloved dad went to jail for 5 years in place of Daechi, she will be so mad and plot a revenge against Daechi.  It will be very exciting to watch how she could do it on her own, agree?

I don't think she has anymore feelings for Gyeol but will focus only on revenge against Daechi.

This part of the story is crazy. Sujeong can well afford to stay in a hotel. Yeongja's bedrooms are all occupied and each room is occupied by 2 persons. Seongjun seemed to be sleeping on the hard floor. 😆

For Gyeol to remove himself from the Ko family register is really a good thing because he would be paving a way for Yeongja to join the Ko family register and finally be her mother's daughter legally.

Gwansik has made another terrible mistake in his life again. He could have discussed with Seungri about what he was planning to do for Gyeol. He should not allow his precious daughter to mess up her life. 😣
