Hmm, so I'm 4 episodes in and I already find this irredeemably average. Lot's of filler and recycled plot gimmicks…
I think that the production and the cast are good but the writing is ruining it all, the storyline is so messy and honestly a bit stupid, the characters are so old games, they literally have nothing new to show. I still watched it til episode 4 to see if there is some improvement but I’m dropping it now. Also let’s not compare it to the original movie which is a masterpiece
I was really excited for this one but after watching the first two episodes I find the storyline a bit messy and I don’t get the point of it yet. In the movie the male lead changed his apparence every day and never went back to his original one, the message of the movie was clear: to love someone regardless of the way he looks. But here, the female lead changes her apparence once a month so she can eventually go back to her original body, I don’t see how the male lead could love the « others » parts of her when eventually she will get back to her true self? Or they can just not see each other for one week per month... Other than that, Seo Hyun Jin looks gorgeous but Lee Min Ki character is way too cliché and acting is the same as BTIMFL
The end of episode 6 is so frustrating, like why on earth would you bring your two troublemakers twins into the private desk of your boss full of luxurious bags and stuff??? Why would you do that??? And give them colorful juices on top of that??? I understand the babysit didnt’ respond but she has friends in the whole damn building, or just bring them with you in the toilets ... it’s just a kdrama but those kind of situations are so annoying, makes the female lead look stupid and so not responsible
Didn’t like the movie at all, not scary and I didn’t see the mystery in it, it quickly became quite obvious what was going on there.. didn’t feel anything while watching, it was a waste of time for me
I am still watching this drama because I don't have other things to watch and I am a big fan of the manghwa but…
Agree with you, I prefer Kyung Soo in the webtoon, although he is calm and doesn’t speak much you can see that he’s a cool and nice guy who doesn’t really care about what others think about him, drama Kyung Soo looks honestly like a robot, he shows no emotions at all, and I don’t really feel anything while watching either, I also agree that the show is way to slow
Regardless their talent as actresses, I believe Song Hye Kyo and Jun Ji Hyun are the most beautiful women out there, they are like the goddesses of South Korea to me lol
Brilliant movie, both substance and form, so many aesthetically beautiful scenes and angles. Amazing actors, especially the main lead, his performance left me speechless. The movie portrays the life of low-level gangsters, nothing fancy or glamorous here, only a dirty reality. Although I loved the movie I would not recommend it for squeamish viewers.
I think I’m going to put this one on hold and wait til it finished to air because I really like this drama but the waiting between episodes kills my excitement
Very instructive and well directed movie, I would recommend it if you want to learn about Korean history and especially the events of Gwangju city in 1980. Song Kang Ho delivers a mind blowing performance as expected and Ryu Joon Yeol’s apparence is a plus
I agree. I just think that Koreans do not know how to handle this sensitive topic because their society has become…
Actually I was thinking that they made progress with this one as Mirae is still insecure even after her plastic surgeries, meaning that apparence might not be the solution but gaining self confidence is. I guess we will have to watch til the end to understand what the real message is
