well in OSN he was a pharmacist and she had one too many to drink with her friend and she went to the pharmacy where he worked for a hangover medicine and it all started from there. i the its defo a remark but since here only 1ep wth eng sub its hard to tell for me. but after what you've pointed out there too many silimarities to be a coincidence.
