Nah, we really can't blame timing. He had so much time. Even Deok Sun gave him opportunities but he never treated her as a love interest in her presence. He was just doing self-pitying.

As for the love triangle. I was rooting for Jung Hwan at first but then, he hesitated so much and didn't show his feelings even when Deok Sun felt he did. That was his time and he should have used it well but no. Timing can't be blamed because he had a lot of time for that. Even when he finally confessed, he turned it to a joke and although, I wasn't expecting them to get together even then, I was so disappointed at him.
Taek deserved Deok Sun too. He'd loved her for a very long time. He showed his feelings too and all. They were also meant for each other. But I kinda think the rushed their story a bit?
I love the man Sun Woo became, lol. Thankfully, Bora's attitudes changed cause I was getting pissed. They're lovely.
I think Dong Ryung deserved more story and focus tho, he was such an essential character.

Okay, I don't have a problem with the ending, it was okay. I don't know if it's only me, but I think Yuta focused so much on his sexuality as a human. Your sexuality isn't who you are, it doesn't define YOU; it is part of you. He also left home without knowing if his parents will accept him or not. He left just because he was gay, why? He focused too much on his sexuality and there was no self development till the end. As for the Kohei, I dont even know about him. They took sexuality as a joke in his case. They didnt communicate well too. It was a good movie though.
