A classic K-Drama

This drama is a true gem and like "What's Wrong with Secretary Kim, is a classic feel good K-Drama. It is both hilarious, romantic and a bit of a small crime drama as well. So much fun to watch and everyone in the cast was in the word's of Louis was...."Perfect". It is touching, shows that no matter if you are wealthy or poor that everyone has problems and restrictions. Lot's of slapstick comedy...which I love, is deeply romantic, some healthy competition for the FL, highly recommended and I will watch this one again and again.

Little Miss Sunshine

This drama should have been called "Little Miss Sunshine", because the FL spreads her mega smile, cheerfulness and dopamine wherever she went. This drama shows that family can be one your are born into, or one you make and that everyone deserves love and acceptance just as they are. Families can also be the source of stress and anxiety, but this drama faces those issues straight on and everything is resolved very nicely in the end.

Lovely romance and there was decent chemistry between the leads, but not enough fire for me. But it is still my most fav T-Drama that I have ever watched,. I do recommend this drama for it's humor, healing vibes, romance and of course the fab ladies of The Cage!

Nuclear Chemistry with a Plot Dumpster Fire

This drama is the most steamiest French kissing, lip biting, butt grabbing CD I have ever watched! Can't believe it passed Chinese censorship! The leads had to have had some lip balm and mints in their pockets because every episode is full of kissing. The actors must have attracted to each other, because it did not look like acting to me!! Beware that the ML is 100% red flag... manipulative, calculating, possessive, pushy, obsessive and absolute crazy about the FL. The ML's only soft spot is FL and the FL is strong minded in her own way and refuses to be left behind on adventures and falls for the ML on her own terms.

Now on to the dumpster-fire of a plot. It is one of those dramas that you walk away wondering "What the heck did I just watch"? One episode could be fantasy with a dragon and then the next car chases/gun fights, the next adventure quests and the next sci-fi, but romance is the central them in all episodes. It has a vertical drama feel, so expect shorter episodes with chopping episode integrations. The nuclear chemistry between the leads made this drama extremely watchable, but without them, the plot would have made me question the writers sanity. I have never watched anything like this drama and can 100% recommend it for drama fans of steamy red-flag romance.

Rom-com perfection

This drama contains everything I want in a rom-com. Feisty FL=yes, every episode made me laugh=yes, romance was the main theme=yes, support cast were quirky and fun=yes, more than one love interest=yes, plenty of dominant, slightly pushy ML's=yes, leads have excellent, sizzling chemistry=yes, nice kiss scenes (no fish kisses)=yes, happy ending=yes, keeps you guessing which ML the FL will pick=yes, had me squealing like a fangirl once or twice=yes, lovely male eye candy=yes, and finally, the drama has limited filler (flash-backs to scenes to previous episodes), or is overly long=yes.....perfect length for a short attention span. The only thing that pushed it down a half of a star, was not enough passionate skin-ship. It is a nice quick watch, that you can binge on a rainy weekend and will leave you smiling.

Slice of life, death , the complexity of relationships, with a happy ending

If you are looking for a drama that deals with heavy themes, is realistic, has independent, mature, tortured, yet beautiful characters going through life and comforting -growing with each other, this is the drama for you. A central theme of this drama is both death and renewal. How death is part of life and love/family, regardless how complex is is the real treasure. Several characters go through grief in their own way, and it does a wonderful way of showing how every generation, every person, has their own way of dealing with grief.

There is romance, several lovely if complex family's, friends and a wonderful town filled with all kinds of characters. This is a very well named drama, as Spring always reminds me that even in the harshness of winter,....life always begins anew. 100% recommended

A Journey of Self Discovery

This drama on it's surface, looks just like another romance, but this it's really about the FL's ability to evolve from a person that believes that she is a "sticky note that should be used and thrown away" to a capable, independent, strong woman who can go through loss and tragedy and still come out believing in herself.

You Are My Destiny is about finding your own destiny, taking the good and the bad in life and blossoming in spite of the adversity. Sure the ML/FL lead came together at the end, but as equally mature adults, each making the choice to be together.

Romance with a slice of life

I enjoyed the romance, the chemistry, and the performances. The drama had a decent amount of steamy scenes
I particularly appreciated the ML’s narrative growth—his personal development, and the way his school years and present-day life were woven together.

The FL didn’t fully work for me. As her best friend herself points out, she often came across as micromanaging, bossy, and at times unreasonable, lingering far too long in the “adult” role within their relationship. That said, I did admire her honesty, strong sense of justice, and her protectiveness toward the male lead.

Beyond the romance, the plot had a strong slice of life vibes. Overall, Sniper Butterfly is very watchable for incurable romantics and 100% worth the watch, but not on my rewatch list due to the plot line.

A wilted flower drama

This drama really shows how editing can make or break a show. The editing was so bad, that it would cut to the next scene so abruptly, it left the viewer asking "what just happened, is this a different drama". I understand that females are more timid in Japan in comparison to other countries, but the amount of low self-esteem in the FL was just insane and she was such a limp flower you just wanted to tell her to stand up for herself just once! When the skinship actually happened, it was all kinds of awkward for the FL and you felt that she just went along with it, because it was expected. JDrama's are in a class by themselves and there are several that I have enjoyed, but this is not one of them. Not a rewatch or recommendation from this drama watcher.

Decent one watch drama

This is a nice rom-com (light to medium on the comedy). It does have a second ML, so their is some competition to see who will wing the leading lady. This could also go into the red flag ML category, as the love interests are competitive, possessive pushy, and jealous, which I enjoy watching. Although it has my required happy ending, the FL's childlike quality and voice get's annoying after a while and it was difficult to believe that she could be a professional psychologist. Spice wise, it has a couple of nice kiss scenes after 15th episode and lots of hugs. Worth the watch one time, but not a repeat for me.

Molodrama sob festival

For sure red flag ML's (both of them), but more in an obsessive negative kind of a way instead of a passionate way. 100% melodrama and not a drop of comedy at all, which is not something I usually enjoy, but I gave this drama a chance anyway. The chemistry was good, but the ML's (both of them) character was very difficult to like and repelled me as a watcher. This drama is full of angst, heartbreak, loss, loss and more loss, with no calm moments just all melodrama all the time. I enjoy angst and watching people overcoming that angst, but there was just so much injustice and abuse, it was would not be something I would watch again. If you have a tender heart, can't stand watching women abused/used, or need more tender/funny moments in life, than dramatic ones....than this drama was not for me or you.

A wonderful ugly duckling meets CEO office kind of a fluffy drama. Strong themes of friendship, self confidence and believing in yourself no matter what comes in life. It does have a second ML who is so charming, light amount of jealously and unfortunately lights on physical chemistry. I was interested in everyone's story and not just the leads! Very well written with lots of bubbly, quirky, pretty actors. There were times when the FL was a bit annoyingly over the top loud, super energetic behavior. The OST...I am not sure it even contains anything memorable at all.

She Was Pretty is a typical romantic comedy that you watch when you are looking for something sweet and funny to unwind and relax, with a guaranteed happy ending.

It had great potential, but for me this was a one watch drama. This drama is a about a man that has split personalities, one CEO cold, expressionless and the other charming, artistic, a hero personality. Although the mental health issues was handled tactfully, romance is what I like at the center core of every drama I watch, and it was just not there for this drama watcher. On the positive side, the actor who played the mental health doctor that performed hypnosis who was seeking revenge was interesting, as was the CEO male secretary.

Unfortunately, for most of the drama, the viewer just watches the ML and FL have a contest to see who can be the most expressionless and dull. The music was whiny, with mostly pressing one mouth to another with no movement at all, very little chemistry at all between the leads. During the last three episodes, I just wanted to be done with the drama already...... not recommended from my perspective.

This has everything I am looking for in a drama....great story, acting and skinship. A FL who that every female can relate to from her insecurities about her weight, to her struggle at work. Those issues both pull her down and is a catalyst for her road to change. Her belief that you can do anything you believe you can, builds up her courage and makes her into a person with a positive attitude and a can-do determination.

This drama is also heavy on the romance, with many funny moments....which what I like. Lots of action with mixed martial arts and lovely males bodies to admire while they are doing their thing. Mr. Dripping with Sexy is so handsome and amazingly in shape....a serious athlete! The story is adorable, uplifting and inspirational. Will watch again and highly recommend

The story makes you smile and I really enjoyed the mix of some of the best of J and K-dramas story lines put together in one heart warming watch. The drama does contain the typical J-drama sweet/introverted FL with lots of PTSD issues, but she is also a smart CEO, a dedicated daughter and friend and is a strong woman in her own way. The ML Chae Jong Hyeop is ridiculously charming, captivating, all kinds of adorable and sexy when the shirt comes off. It's super romantic with a happy ending, just enough angst to to keep you interested and at 10 episodes, entirely bingeable. I would label this as a light rom-com/slight fantasy, heavy on the romance, with two nice intimate scenes, but the kissing is just pressing mouths together....which is a bit of a bummer. The story brought a tear to my eye a time or two, this drama shows that life can be both bitter and sweet and you have to embrace both to be able to truly appreciate how fragile but glorious love can be. I felt that the support cast were quirky and really added to the value of the drama. The music was nothing memorable, but the scenery....from frosty winter days, night skies full of stars, the rush of the ocean waves and the charm of a city roof top patio.....was just lovely. This drama is like a nice vanilla bean scoop of ice cream.....simple, sweet, comforting, not too complex and sometimes that is exactly what you need when life becomes too chaotic.
