The mining pollution wasn't even the reason for Wasin's mental breakdown or the reason his wife died. There was a completely different reason in the book. If you want to know I did write a comparison between the book and episode 12 of the series. It's a spoiler and it's long so I prefer not to clog this board up posting the same thing in multiple places.
All this thing about making Ava a strong and independent woman and in just a minute an arrow hit her to end up…
I actually think it was a good plot point that women's independence is nuanced. We are just as smart, we are just as capable, sometimes smarter and more capable. After all, Ava won the archery contest. But it doesn't necessarily make us bigger or mean that we will never have to depend on a man for something. And a man may need to depend on us. It's not a contest.

Net and JJ were a last-minute addition because It took so long to start filming the series that Thomas and Kong were no longer available by that time. They were scheduled to film Your Sky.
And for all I know the reason that Net's outfits were so big on him is that they were made for Thomas who is a lot taller than he is. But I'm not sure about that one.

They would have had to write it especially to the series. Half of what's in the series wasn't even in the book. Not even sure why there was a book considering they had to change so much.

It could but secondary and third couples in BLs never get fleshed out. I just accept it as part of the platform, because the series would have had to be almost double the number of episodes to accommodate fully fleshed out second and third and fourth couples (If you want to count Ava).
I am not sure if Jimmy and Ohm are actually going to be a permanent couple, but they certainly have enough chemistry to be. Reminds me of Zee and NuNew In Cutie Pie when they hardly knew each other.
i have some notes-complaints !SPOILERS ahead!why we didnt get any backstory of the second couple?! their story…
As far as I can tell the only reason for Ramil/Paytai in the series is to show what abuse can do to kids, and also to provide other contestants (with Ava). And the only purpose for Calvin/Jay was the mining pollution issue. They weren’t very fleshed out in the book either, in fact, even less so than in the series.
For some reason this week IQIYI did not post English translations to this BTS. And didn't respond to in-app complaints. However I finally wrote them directly and 24 hours later English Spanish and several other language translations became available. Just FYI.
Must have been systemic because I tried to look at it on several devices running Android, iOS, and Windows.
Pretty sure he didn't. Look at what Khanin said to Chakri in the coming attractions. Sounds like he was visiting…
Yeah I don't understand that either. No blood plus what Khanin said In the upcoming attractions. But if Ballchon said episode 12 was his last I guess we have to believe him. I'm bummed.

I'm not even sure what you're saying. If Chakri did indeed die it would probably be the first time Khanin was visiting him in the cemetery not something he used to do all the time.
But I do think there is a reason to hope that Chakri didn't die. We'll find out next week. 🙏🏻
It's unlikely that his mother was killed by the king. Charan's mother was killed by the king. The saboteurs of…
Is this in the first book? I haven't read that one yet starting this week.
But even if he did want to raise Khanin secretly I wouldn't think he'd risk a car crash. Even if he wanted to kill Khanin's mother and Charan's, that would be a pretty big risk because you couldn't count on the baby surviving the car wreck.
I have to admit though, the book is a horrible translation. I had to read some of the pages many times to figure out who was saying what since they didn't quote correctly.
Hi, could you please put a spoiler next time ? Just ruined all the fun for the people starting this show. Thank…
That is ridiculous. There will be people coming to this page 6 months and a year from now. Some people don't watch a series until all the episodes have dropped, while others might come here because they are looking for a show even years after the first run of TNP.
No one is going to wait to discuss the series until after it is over or several years after it's over.
Really get a grip. Just accept that if the show has already aired but you haven't seen it yet, you should wait until after you've seen it to avoid seeing spoilers.
That's the way everyone who goes to a TV show board acts. And I don't want to continue this conversation so if you're going to the next step is to block you.
So, Khanin does not know that his mother was also killed by the king, right?
It's unlikely that his mother was killed by the king. Charan's mother was killed by the king. The saboteurs of the car aren't identified as far as I know even in the book, but my guess would be Wasin as opposed to the king.
The King had a vested interest in keeping Khanin alive so he could participate in the competition someday. Even if he wanted to separate Khanin from his mother I doubt he would have taken the chance on a car wreck which could have killed both of them.

Everyone is talking about what happened in the show yesterday. Why choose my post for your comment?
Now I do carefully post things as spoilers when I'm comparing the show to the book and I've even taken to putting a regular post first and saying don't read this because it's comparing the show to the book If you don't want to be spoiled.
But anything that happened in a previous episode is fair game.
How could you miss the hundreds of posts here talking about what happened to Chakri?
My recommendation is if you don't want to hear what happened in a previous show don't come here until you already watched the episode.

Can't have a discussion group with nothing but hidden posts. It would be really annoying for the majority of people here.
It's time to block her I've had enough of her shit.

Don't remember that.

Once the episode is over it is no longer a spoiler.
I am very careful to label posts of mine that actually are spoilers.
