Knowing the cast is immaterial. The only ones I was familiar with before I watched the series were Zee and NuNew because I saw Cutie Pie.

I'll read the novel after I've finished watching the series. I didn't want to have any spoilers.

I'm waiting to read the novel but just watching the series I don't see plot holes. And I don't understand how you can say you've watched the series but don't know anything about the cast.

I don't find Ramil to be uninteresting but since the whole abuse plot didn't happen in the novel I'm not sure why they put it in the series. It just makes a completely different scenario. In the series both Ramil and Paytai are victims of abuse.

I actually haven't seen any plot holes. Each episode has a purpose. The vilified episode 6 was the cementing of Charan and Khanin's relationship so that episode 7 could even happen.

Episode 8 is about the political awakening of Khanin. He was suspicious of his grandfather but didn't realize the evil until he went to the protest.

The purpose of Calvin and Jay was to show how the mining affected the lives of real people in the area.

And we learned more about Ramil and Paytai's relationship and why Ramil doesn't interfere in the beatings. We also see some self-realization in Ramil when he sees how his father's behavior has made him a more violent and less empathetic human.

It seems that some people watching this series are only happy when they see one or another of the couples having sex. Yes the intimate relationship is part of the series and an important part. But if you just want to watch porn you should really watch something else.

I think there's going to be more intrigue but we'll see.

If there wasn't an issue then there would be no reason for Thatdanai not to show up at the palace in reunite with Khanin. Something's a foot.

That's just the first book. Don't know if it's even an online copy. You need to go to MEB, search for The Next Prince and then buy both volumes one and two. It comes for one price as a set. Otherwise you only have half of the novel. Volume two also contains four special chapters which I am not sure will be included in the series.

I just know if I'm not enjoying a show I drop it. I don't understand why people would continue to watch something they don't like and then come here to bitch about it. Life is too short and there's a lot of good series. You should find one.

I think she is more cute than breathtakingly beautiful, but this is really funny at least so far. I'm only on Episode 4.

The purpose of the Calvin and Jay arc is to introduce the corruption in the Assavadevathin monarchy. So I think their characters will be more developed as this storyline unfolds.

They didn't work hard for the project for years. The delay was due to finding funding. Apparently they didn't get enough investors or they wouldn't have had to do all that clunky advertising. They need a better marketing team with some Western talent that can help them put product placements in the series in a more seamless way and also tailor the banner ads by region.

I liked Cutie Pie, but it was an early Domundi production, or maybe even the first production, and therefore sort of clunky.

You can watch it on your phone on IQIYI If you download the app. I have Apple TV and downloaded the app onto that. I can watch the uncut versions of the show on it but I still wind up having to watch the special clips on my phone.

TNP requires a paid VIP subscription but it's pretty cheap. In the US I pay $70 a year. Usually they offer discounts on their regular subscription price for new subscribers and then if you renew before your old subscription is due you get another discount.

My Smart TVs are around 10 years old so when I get new ones I'll make sure I can download all the apps I need before buying. I don't think people really use separate Apple TV boxes anymore.
