Wasn't happy with the ad for some kind of weird drink at the end of the episode. I'll be skipping over that on rewatch. Guess they have to pay the bills somehow.

It sounded like he was speaking Chinese, Japanese, Spanish in addition to Thai. No idea what his Japanese and Chinese accents are like. You can tell he wasn't a native Spanish speaker. He was speaking rather slow.

Hey everyone. Seems like this space has gotten its fair share of trolls and haters. The only way to deal with them is to block them, or at the very least ignore them. They are looking for attention and we shouldn't give it to them.

So far there haven't been any explicit scenes in TNP so whatever the ratings it's not based on that. It will be interesting to see if the ratings rise as the steam does in this series! 😉

The worst part of Cutie Pie was the script. I think ZNN did the best they could with it. P'Aof took a big risk to produce this series. He took a mortgage out on his house. But it paid off. Now he can get investors instead for any serious he wants to make.

It's a fantasy, so I wouldn't expect realism.

Seems a little like Stockholm Syndrome where victims learn to identify with their captors in order to survive. Tharin grew up in a household where he was expected to suppress his emotions and given his upbringing he probably wasn't even all that shocked by the King's revelation.

But I do think he is trying to build a relationship with Khanin In his own awkward way. I hope we'll see some progress as the series continues.

Third listing under guests is Namfon Sueangsuda Lawanprasert, who plays Chita, Charan's mom. I only know she makes an appearance because of the credits. Don't know when, don't know if it will be more than one episode.

Yep. I noticed the inhaler also and mentioned that it was a product placement elsewhere in these threads. Those things were all over Naughty Babe. You could have made a regular drinking game out of it. 😂

Unless it's a case of mommy cheating on daddy the Phithakthewas have been the Royal bodyguards for generations.

Charan's mom is going to appear in a future episode, so maybe there is some mystery. We'll see. I'm not going to read the English novel until afterwards.

Charan IS in the family unofficially. The king brought Charan up as if he were his own grandson. He considers him family.

It's not that Charan doesn't have feelings for Khanin it's a heart versus duty thing. There's enough to tell you from the coming attractions at the end of episode 3 that he cares for Khanin deeply.
