Okay, I might sounds bias, but I really want WYW to go to her mother's company in the end of the drama. I was really sad about what happened to WYW. But I also feel like we need to see more of the mother before we make a conclusion. The way she cried in front of WYW seemed genuine to me. I think she did regret her decision back then. We also need to remind ourselves the world is very unfair to women, especially when they are young and having an unexpected pregnancy. Imagine for someone like WYW's mother who seemed to have the perfect future ahead before this pregnancy?

I know it is sad for WYW, but not all women wants or are ready to be a mother. Besides, she didn't seem like a bad person either. Someone pointed out that she could have tried to look for her daughter after. But when? She was married and had another family and we don't really know how long had been passed since her husband had died. Also, there are a lot of things going on in her life as of now. We shouldn't consider too much the past in other to make our conclusions about her.

I think what will be important for now is what she will do with said information. Is she going to try to reconcile with her daughter? Would she give up her position as a future Minister for her daughter? Is she going to acknowledge WYW as her daughter? Those are more important question than every decision she made in the past. And here I'm working with only the idea that there were not more things than what WYW's father told WYW.

Yess I would respect/like him more if he just treated young woo like everybody else and doesn’t like her for…
I don't think he sees her as below either. I think he sees her as a perfect, capable person of achieving something on her own. That is why it annoys him the fact people give her "privileges". Or what he thinks is a privilege. I talked about it in another comment, but let's say you are competing for a role in a famous company and there are only 2 positions available and 3 people are competing. Suddenly they say to you that 1 will be for someone who is in a minority group. But the other guy you are competing with you has also all the skills and he/she is even better than you in the field. So, of course, you will feel wronged. His first thought probably will be: Why she is getting all this special treatment if she is always coming up with good solutions to cases? Why should I consider her autism if that doesn't seem to be a problem on her job?

Tbh I can understand Min Woo. I don't agree with him, I don't think he is using the right methods either, but I can understand him. Korean society is very competitive and even though it was said that FL couldn't get a job even though she has all the competences, I don't think he knows that or realize that. For him, she is a perfect capable girl, she might have autism, but he doesn't see her as someone uncapable of achieving things because of her condition. Therefore, he can't feel empathetic to her. On top of that, we have a lot of competition going on and he wants a promotion. So, of course he would be thinking he has a correct thought of mind.

And I think this can be brought to our daily lives. If we see someone who is in the minority group, but this person isn't successful or is struggling, we will be sympathetic to them. But if this person is successful and shows she can do things without anyone's help, then we won't think about this person's problem anymore.

I think the only way Min Woo will change his opinion about FL is if she shows independence in front of him. Shows that even though people pity her and are always trying to help her, she became successful because of her own accomplishment.

Interesting, the author wants to confuse us. They know we are thinking about the Director and today he gave enough proof that it won't be him as well. Also, the Prosecutor is still suspicious, but he doesn't seem to be the right person either. He seems to be the person covering the crimes... Anyway, let's see on how this will unfold.

Even if I don't like a drama I pretty much understand why others may love it but for the first time in my life…
1) It was made in a time where most of the k-dramas relationships were toxic or displayed an idealistic love that didnt exist at all.
2) talks about the beginning of korean wave and for many, myself included, it was a good resource to study Hallyu in an academic way (if you search on google academic you will see doctorates where they use this drama as reference).
3) The lead couple has a very good chemistry and between all the reply. This is the only one that the main couple makes sense and people agree with it.
4) There is an amazing ost behind it. And some music gives a feeling of nostalgia for those who are watching kdramas since their beginning
5) it talked about LGBT in a time where there was almost no to none kdramas were talking about it.
6) Seo in Guk's performance in this drama is really great. And he proved he could be a ML even if he didnt have the traditional korean beauty (and i think he is still a type of exception).
7) At the time, the chemistry between the leads was so big that people ship outside of the drama (and well, we did have a reason since seo in guk liked eunji, but she rejected him).
8) is still one of the best dramas for the typical friends to love cliche.
9) Seo in Guk character is great and it isnt a jerk. In a time where almost all the leads were.
10) Even if you hate the FL she was portraited very accurate of how a fan girl at that time were. And the director did a research about it.

Okay, so my theory for all of this,

Basically, FL's mother is the Rival's owner of the other company. The rival's owner company has a son, but not a biological son. And this son is Lee Joon Ho. He learned that her adoptive mother abandoned her real daughter because she is ashamed of the fact the girl has autism. So, ML was doing a lot of volunteer work since them in order to understand more and because he felt sympathetic of this kid.

Another part of my theory makes me wonder if the ML suspects FL is his half sister. But anyway, for me, it is almost clear that there will be some type of drama going on between these two. And since ML isn't a brother by blood, their relationship could be excused.

Some people have seemed to miss everything that says that the prosecutor isn't Gopuri. One, the cops were there…
EXACTLY. That was my feeling as well. At first I bought it, but then I was like: nha, this is too obvious.

Exactly! At first I thought about it (in episode 2), but the week after when I saw so many people thinking about it I gave up. The killer wouldn't be that predictable.

Yeah. Honestly, when everybody started thinking it was the prosecutor that earlier, I knew it wouldn't be him. The author wouldn't reveal this secret that earlier in the drama.

Yeah, as of now it could be anyone. One thing is sure though: he seems to have an intel with the cops.

In the 3 years ago flashback, we see the FL be surprised and ask her brother "you know [ML]?!" But didn't she…
Yeah true. If my years of k-drama watcher is right, we will know that either next week or the week after next week.

Maybe... As of now I don't think we have as many clues as the characters themselves. I wouldn't be surprise if we got another character in this list as well.

"I feel like he shook off the recognition though? Because didn't he say something like "couldn't be" or something?" After that he went to the
place where it has FL's brother ashes, and he said something like: your sister should stop to mess with this (Gopuri case).

1) No, she doesn't. Like we assume she did, but that wasn't said at all. As well as it wasn't explained why the ML knew about it. But the thing is, this wasn't totally explained. As of now, this scene is still missing some pieces.

I guess we will figure out next week or when the romance starts to progress.

Maybe. He seems to me more like this type of person that was at fault in the past, but since then he is trying his best to make up for it.

Yeah, but the ML probably didn't know the FL's brother was his friend. Like he didn't connect the things. Unless he knew, but at that scene or something before it he was meeting her for the first time. And before it, he only saw her through pictures.

Actually he knows she is the sister now. There is a scene where he remembered her and another one where he commented about it.

Not really, at least not for now. We still don't know how the FL met the ML for the first time. And I think the ML didn't know the FL was his friend's sister until his friend died, since we have this scene of showing FL's family picture as well. So, I do think FL met ML in a different circumstance where she felt in love with him. And he probably had helped her on something (it could even be in the after fighting scene or something).

I don't know why so many people still think he is Gopuri when the show proved to us he isn't. Now, the real Gopuri might be the Director or someone related to him. Also, in this episode, I felt like the Prosecutor isn't even a bad guy, for the way he talked with ML it seems to me that he is genuine about his profession. However, he also could be the reason on why Prosecutor Han died. Like, without knowing, he gave the intel to Gopuri.

Another thing that I don't find that much of plausible is how a Director would turn out to be a serial killer, but maybe next week we got clues about this as well.

Where it is? It is very hard for me to search people's comment here haha
