hmmm.... don't know why the English title is butterfliED when native title refers to the change in Feng & Yue. Could it be the butterfly mark on her collarbone?

We've already passed halfway mark, but these lovers have been together since Day 1 of their encounter and have been passionately in love since wedding night. Nothing like the legendary butterfly couple who couldn't be together at all.

Dubbing is used for period dramas, but if the actor/actress is able to deliver the lines well, that particular actor/actress will do his/her own dubbing, eg. Liu Yu Ning in Legend of Anle.

Yup, at first, 2nd & 3rd glance, I thought Gen. Xi is the guy who acted in Love & Destiny. But they're not! Though Li Guang Jie (1981) is younger than Chang Cheng (1976), they look about the same, especially when his outfit in opening scene reminds me of Jiu Chen in L&D.

LOL, the director planted the romantic killer couple in the story, and they now even bear the fruit of love in the little girl! Love to see Yang Ze and Hu Dan Dan again. Nice visuals

oops, sorry that i didn't phrase my thoughts properly. What I meant is that I'm seeing her as a manipulative woman. In order to achieve her ambitious greed, she's been manipulating his feelings for her. I've not read the novel. It's just my speculative thought.

i feel sad for him cos I've got this bad feeling that ultimately he'll be used and abandoned. I could be wrong.
