the girl is FL's niece, the daughter of her sister who left the little girl outside the diner. FL's mom died in car accident when she ran out of the shop to chase after the girl's mother. The little girl wanted to address FL as mom instead of aunt.

The husband story is made up by FL's bestie to prevent her from being badmouthed as a single mom, etc...

Caught #1 and found it quite interesting, but now having 2nd thoughts after taking a peek at #18. Seems like FL's issue with ML carried over from #17 and getting worse at the end of #18.

In #1, FL seems to be very interested in ML. What happened?! Is this filled with misunderstandings one after another?
