Watch the magic of Earth/Mix's first BL

PLOT: Tian, ​​a wealthy young man with myocarditis, lives and parties as if he could die tomorrow. One night, he collapses and miraculously receives a heart transplant from Torfun. BUT: The writing, good in the first part, falters afterward:

### Why hide Torfun's death from the villagers and children?
### How can the doctor so easily obtain confidential information (donor's name, license plate number of the car that caused the accident, etc.)?
### Episode 8, in particular, makes no sense: the villagers' reaction, and even more so the Chief's, is nonsensical. The writers tried to inject drama where it wasn't necessary. It's a shame!

PLOT: Tian, jeune homme riche avec myocardite, vit/fait la fête comme s'il pouvait mourir demain. Il s'évanouit un soir, et bénéficie miraculeusement du don de coeur de Torfun. Celle-ci, enseignante volontaire ds 1 village de montagne (et one-side-lover du Chief) vient d'être renversée par 1 voiture. 7 mois + tard, Tian, qui veut que sa nvelle vie soit utile, apprend qui est sa donneuse, et décide de poursuivre ce qu'elle n'a pas pu achever en devenant à son tour, enseignant volontaire ds le village. L'adaptat° est difficile, mais Tian se fait peu à peu aimer des enfants, des villageois, et du Chief.

+++ Earth & Mix sont 2 super acteurs, beaux, subtiles, émotionnels, avec une alchimie instantanée et magique même s'ils ne se touchent pas. Kudos !.
+++ TB cast général, avec la présence de Khaotung tout jeune :)
+++ Réalis° de qualité, avec des paysages magnifiques, du rythme, un suspense bien mené.
+++ Excellentes OSTs

MAIS : L'écriture, bonne ds la 1e partie, se perd ensuite:
### Pourquoi cacher aux villageois et aux enfants, la mort de Torfun ?
### Comment le docteur peut-il avoir si facilement des informations confidentielles (nom du donneur, n° de la voiture ayant causé l'accident, etc.)
### L'ép. 8, en particulier, n'a pas de sens : la réaction des villageois et plus encore celle du Chief, est un non-sens. Les writers ont voulu mettre du drame là où il n'était pas nécessaire. C'est dommage !

PLOT: At university, Zo had a long-standing crush on Nita (a student and fellow member of the debate club), but doesn't even dare talk to her. In desperation, he asks Joke (Nita's ex) for help, in exchange for a spot in the club. But Joke's main goal is to get closer to Zo...

+++ I really like Joon & Dunk. They are excellent actors, subtle, moving, authentic, and with great chemistry. However, I didn't connect with Zo's charactere; he's always reserved, always asking, never giving.
+++ Second romance with Aou & Boom (ღ˘⌣˘ღ)
+++ Solid direction, with a coherent story. For once, the students have classes, exams, and assignments to hand in σ(´∀｀)
+++ Great OSTs (Joon sings a lot in this series)

### Parents' redemption too abrupt to be believable.

+++ J'aime bcp Joon & Dunk. Ce sont d'excellents acteurs, subtiles, émouvants, authentiques, et avec une belle alchimie. Cpdt, je ne me suis pas attachée à Zo, tjs sur la réserve, tjs demandeur jamais donneur.
+++ 2nde romance avec Aou & Boom (ღ˘⌣˘ღ)
+++ Réalis° solide, avec story cohérente. Pr une fois, les étudiants ont des cours, des examens, des travaux à rendre σ(´∀｀)

Classic college BL, but with PondPhuwin (๑ơ ₃ ơ)♥

PLOT: Two groups of students in different departments of the university, one with Phum (architecture), the other with Peem (plastic arts). Phum damages the painting Peem was supposed to exhibit, and Peem retaliates with a hard kick. Phum demands that Peem be his "slave" for some months as compensation. During this time, they will form bonds, even fall in love. Tan (in love with Phum's brother) is the link between these two groups. Friendships and two secondary romances.

+++ Pond and Phuwin (๑◔‿◔๑), handsome and very cute. Pond has a very natural acting style, but Phuwin always struggles with intimate scenes. Alas !
+++ A bunch of excellent actors. Boom is very handsome and shines in this series.

PLOT: 2 gpes d'étudiants dans des départements différents de l'université, un avec Phum (architecture), l'autre avec Peem (Beaux Arts). Phum abîme le tableau que Peem devait exposer, et Peem se venge d'1 rude coup de pied. Phum exige que Peem soit son "esclave" pdt 2 mois pr compenser. Pdt ce tps, ils vont créer des liens, mm tomber amoureux. Tan (in love avec Phum's brother) est le lien entre ces 2 gpes. Amitiés & 2 romances secondaires.

+++ Pond et Phuwin (๑◔‿◔๑) , handsome et très cute. Pond a un jeu très naturel, mais Phuwin a tjs du mal avec les scènes intimes. Dommage !
+++ Bcp d'excellents acteurs. Boom est très beau et brille ds cette série.

PLOT: Achi, the ML, a shy and discreet employee, lacks self-confidence. Still a virgin at 30, he acquires the power to read minds and discovers that the super-competent "hottie" in his department has a crush on him. The two gradually grow closer, and Achi eventually falls in love himself. +++ Here, the interactions within the CL are natural, the chemistry is obvious, and there is a ton of kisses and skinship (which seems natural when you're in love :).

PLOT: Achi, le ML, employé timide et discret, manque de confiance en lui. Tjs vierge à 30 ans, il acquiert le pouvoir de lire les pensées et découvre que le "beau gosse" super compétent de son service, a un crush sur lui. Les 2 se rapprochent peu à peu, et Achi finit par être en amour à son tour. Jinta (Achi's best friend) est un écrivain introverti (avec le mm pouvoir) qui tombe amoureux de son livreur (jeune danseur qui veut faire ses débuts).

+++ A lot of good-looking guys !!
+++ La storyline reste la même, mais [sûrement en raison des différences culturelles] les faits sont plus logiques, mieux amenés, les comportements semblent plus naturels .
+++ La réalis° est efficace, intelligente, aborde les pb familiaux, l'acceptat° de l'autre, le mariage gay, etc.
+++ Ici, les interactions au sein du CL sont naturelles, l'alchimie évidente, et le spectateur a droit à un tas de kisses et de skinship (ce qui semble naturel qd on est amoureux :).

A magnificent ode to nature and humanity.

PLOT: A restaurant has been run till 30 years by Aisha, two of her old friends, and a son (Merxat). Aisha's adopted son, (ML), a painter, decides to abandon his studies and take over the restaurant (to keep the "family" together) when he learns that Aisha has a brain tumor. A mysterious gourmet appears to give advice to ML and help him revive the struggling restaurant. ML has long been in love with his childhood friend (FL), who is dedicated to wildlife conservation. Competitors emerge (restaurant and love).

+++ A host of formidable actors, bringing deeply moving characters to life. I wasn't familiar with Bai Lu Fan, but I'll definitely be following his work now ٩(◕‿◕｡)۶
+++ Sublime cinematography: landscapes, shots, sets, and the showcasing of local culture (cuisine, music, crafts, etc.).
+++ The pacing of the narrative fits the slice-of-life genre, and the story is realistic and coherent (or almost :). It's a series that highlights relationships (and not just blood ties), the value of kindness and benevolence. There are greedy, unscrupulous businessmen, but no great villains.
+++ Superb OSTs.

### The CGI (animals) is of poor quality, and you have to be forgiving to believe in the goodwill of the snow leopard (in the middle of the desert :).
### The two romances are sweet, but there isn't a single kiss in the entire drama...
### The FL's voice (dubbled ?) is unbearable :(

=> A feel-good, optimistic series that warms the heart.

+++ Le rythme de la narration correspond au genre Slice-of-life et la story est réaliste, cohérente (ou presque :). C'est une série qui met en valeur les liens (et pas seulement ceux du sang), la valeur de la gentillesse, de la bienveillance. Il y a des businessmen avides, peu scrupuleux, mais pas de great villains.

### Les CGI (animaux) sont de mauvaise qualité et il faut être indulgent pr croire à la bonne volonté du léopard des neiges (en plein désert :).

PLOT: The FL, general of Jinxiu Kingdom, reverses the outcome of the battle by firing an arrow at the ML, the 1st Prince of Susha Kingdom. However, shortly after, she narrowly escapes assassins. The ML and the (amnesiac) FL meet, both wounded, in a village of doctors. The ML decides to take her to Susha to uncover the truth behind this unusual battle.

+++ CL with Chen Zhe Yuan (♡‿♡`) & Li Qin, both magnificent, charismatic, just awesome ... (♡‿♡`)
+++ Excellent directors: the cinematography is an aesthetical perfection : sets, costumes, effects, lighting, framing, action scenes. Perfect! Furthermore, the pacing is fast, with no dull moments.
+++ The actors deliver a brilliant performance, bringing to life complex, tortured, yet endearing characters (even Jinxiu's borderline emperor :)
+++ The OSTs perfectly complement the atmosphere.

=> It's an addictive, intense series that I watched in one sitting (I'm definitively a binge-watcher :), and I'll rewatch it with a really pleasure.

PLOT: La FL, générale de Jinxiu Kingdom, inverse l'issue de la bataille en tirant une flèche sur le ML, 1e Prince de Susha Kingdom. Cpdt, peu après, elle échappe de justesse à des assassins. Le ML et la FL (amnésique) se retrouvent, blessés dans un village de médecins. Le ML décide de l'emmener à Susha pr découvrir ce qui se cache derrière cette bataille anormale.

+++ CL avec Chen Zhe Yuan (´♡‿♡`) & Li Qin, tous les 2 magnifiques, charismatiques, ... (´♡‿♡`)

MASTERPIECE!! Very catchy series with a great CL (Zhang Han & Zhu Xu Dan as badass FL)

PLOT: The FL, elite modern soldier, during a mission, comes across a dagger which sends her to a historical world. Lots of martial arts & magic. There she meets the 4th Prince whom she marries. Together, they go on an investigation and face multiple adventures. The FL wants to discover her origins (to return to her world), helped by the ML (ultimate savior) & 2 handsome guys (musician/prince of Dongling and wandering hunter).
- 1st narrative arc in the territory of Tianque with rivalries in the Court, family, and with the neighboring kingdom of Xiling.
- 2nd story arc: Lu Island to cure the ML.
- 3rd arc: Nanzhao (powerful and aggressive kingdom, with a lot of magic) & Lu Island & the Merfolks
- 4th narrative arc: a bit of all the kingdoms.

+++ The CL is great: Zhang Han is charismatic, and the FL is a badass warrior (my bias) ヽ(愛´∀｀愛)ノ
+++ The characters are well developed and endearing.
+++ The story is well written and intelligent. The suspense is well done to keep the tension.

Ensemble, ils partent en investigation et affrontent de multiples aventures. La FL veut découvrir ses origines (pr rentrer ds son monde), aidée par le ML (sauveur ultime) & 2 BG (musicien/prince de Dongling et chasseur errant).
- 1e arc narratif dans le territoire de Tianque avec rivalités dans la Cour, famille, et avec le royaume de Xiling, voisin.
- 2e arc narratif : Lu Island pr soigner le ML.
- 3e arc : Nanzhao (royaume puissant et agressif, avec bcp de magie) & Lu Island & les Merfolks
- 4e arc narratif : un peu tous les royaumes.

Just excellent and addictive :) with no downtime!

Excellent ROM-HIST with a bunch of famous actors ( particulary Leo Wu and Zhao LuSi in CL).

PLOT: Meeting between 1 "rebel" and poorly educated FL and 1 ML, general, adopted son of the emperor (cold, seeking revenge for the death of his father, etc.). Over the course of adventures and wars, they become closer, but the FL gets engaged to an ML4 (to escape her mother, an authoritarian female general). Subsequently, this engagement was abandoned and the emperor wanted her to marry the ML. He gets engaged to the FL, but he abandons her to pursue his revenge.

PROS
+ A great CL with Leo Wu & Zhao LuSi
+ Endearing characters (the imperial couple, the FL's family), well developed, psychologically coherent.

PLOT: Rencontre entre 1 FL "rebelle" et peu éduquée et 1 ML, général fils adoptif de l'empereur (froid, en recherche de revanche pr la mort de son père,etc). Au fil des aventures et des guerres, les liens se resserrent, mais la FL se fiance à un ML4 (pour échapper à sa mère, générale autoritaire). Par la suite, ces fiançailles sont abandonnées et l'empereur veut marier le ML. Il se fiance à la FL, mais il l'abandonne pour poursuivre sa vengeance.

PROS
+ Un super CL avec Leo Wu & Zhao LuSi
+ Personnages attachants (le couple impérial, la famille de la FL), bien développés, psychologiquement cohérents.
+ Superbe cinématographie : très belles images,
+ réalisation vive et soignée, scènes de fight et de guerre superbes. + Même les OST sont Top !

Ep. 48 style "Noces pourpres". Heureusement les épisodes suivants sont un peu moins sanglants.

Don't waste your time (even you're a Bi Wen Jun's fan)

PLOT: The FL, smart and skillful, is hired by the ML, a young master jade engraver, rich & quite idle (because he is disabled following an assault). FL's sister (FL2) works for the rival company, which works in secret (as the Villains) to dominate the market and she spies to find evidence of ML2's villainy.

+++ Good actors, notably Bi Wen Jun & FL2 (whose badass Mary Sue character is one of the most interesting in the series).

### The storyline is coherent, but the narration is slow, and the production low-budget. The light tone, the caricatured and useless characters, the overly obvious coincidences,... irritated me quickly. The series quickly loses its interest ( viewed in Speed ​​X 1.5 and dotted lines).

=> Without much interest despite the "jade and engraving" context.

La sœur de la FL (FL2) travaille pour l'entreprise concurrente, qui œuvre en secret (Villain) pour dominer le marché et elle espionne pour trouver les preuves de la villainess du ML2.

+++ Bons acteurs, notamment Bi Wen Jun & la FL2 (dont le personnage de Mary Sue badass est un des plus intéressant de la série).

### La storyline est cohérente, mais la narration est lente, et la réalisation (low-budget), et le ton léger, les personnages caricaturaux et inutiles, les coïncidences trop évidentes,... la série perd vite de son intérêt (regardée en Speed X 1,5 et en pointillés).

=> Sans grand intérêt malgré le contexte "jade et gravure".

PLOT: 1e arc narratif : Le ML, 1 jeune Dieu désinvolte, recueille et élève 1 Goutte d'eau glacée. Ayant pris forme humaine, elle devient sa cadette dans 1 secte d'immortelle. Cpdt, elle est maltraitée par les immortels du Palais Céleste (dont 1 rivale amoureuse) et finit par mourrir des mains du ML. 2e arc narratif : la FL réapparait en 1/2 déesse Phoenix, et va combattre les Villains, avec l'aide du ML et de ses amis.

+ Brillant CL avec Wang An Yu & Zhao Lu Xi (toujours aussi talentueux) (ര̀ᴗര́)و ̑̑
+ un excellent cast général, avec des personnages bien développés, attachants. La romance secondaire est aussi très cute.
+ des CGI de grande qualité (sauf l'aspect bête immortelle des gouttes d'eau glacée, qui est un peu ridicule).

+ The context is weird, but relatively plausible.
+ Beautiful kitchen images.
+ handsome actors (ML & ML2)

CONS:
- poorly written story and production that lacks balance: the romance drags on with unnecessary misunderstandings, then is "botched" in a few episodes, and does not even have a satisfactory ending.

PLOT: rencontre et affrontement entre 2 chefs de cuisine, par le biais d'une règle de guilde : un chef peut défier un autre. Celui qui perd la compétition, perd son couteau et ferme son restaurant. La FL (sous-chef d'1 restaurant dont le ML "a gagné le couteau"), veut venger son maître. Le ML, chef d'un autre restaurant, veut abattre le chef de la guilde, son grand-père, qui a expulsé son père, décédé ensuite.

PROS:
+ Le contexte est chelou, mais relativement plausible.
+ De belles images de cuisine.
+ des acteurs handsome (ML & ML2)

CONS:
- story mal écrite et réalisation qui manque d'équilibre : la romance traine en longueur sur des malentendus inutiles, puis est "bâclée" en quelques épisodes, et n'a même pas de fin satisfaisante.
- certains personnages sont mal construits : le père de la FL, le cousin, la sœur obsédée par le ML, la sœur du ML2, etc.
- Ras le bol des actrices anorexiques : Yakisa, ici, fait pitié !!! De plus, RIEN dans son personnage n'est crédible (๑•ิཬ•ั๑) Elle semble amoureuse de son frère / une cuisinière de génie, anorexique de 25 ans ? sérieux ?? / C'est une Marie-Sue, qui sait tirer à la carabine, faire de la moto, est géniale en cuisine, etc.

Le Prince héritier découvre que la Princesse Héritière, fille du Ministre qui gouverne vraiment le royaume, est enceinte alors qu'il ne l'a jamais touchée. Le fameux ministre décide de faire tuer le Prince. Celui-ci survit grâce au père adoptif de la FL, mais il est amnésique. Tous les célibataires ayant reçu l'ordre de se marier, la FL épouse l'homme recueilli par son père.

PROS:
+ Série addictive, avec D.O. qui est absolument magistral dans ce rôle.
+ Tous les acteurs sont excellents.
+ Story bien écrite, avec un suspense constant

PLOT: The ML, 3rd son (born of a concubine) disadvantaged by his father, uncle of the emperor, joins the daughter of a general, the FL, at the head of a large army. They have to fight against a coup upon the death of the emperor. There are many conflicts and intrigues. Eventually the ML's father proclaims himself emperor, but the plots continue for the succession.

PROS:
+ An excellent CL with Xu Kai & Jing Tian as a warrior, valiant, intelligent couple. Xu Kai shows here all of his talent, all of his emotions in a wide variety of micro-expressions. Handsome, yes, but also talented ☆✲ﾟ｡(((´♡‿♡`+)))｡ﾟ✲☆
+ endearing 2ary characters.
+ magnificent settings and costumes. Some scenes are superb (fight in the Throne Hall around the coffin, in particular)

CONS:
- Low quality CGI (green background too obvious during certain scenes).
- OST volume too high compared to the dialogues.
- Always the same actors who play the villains (it's sad for them), so the viewer knows from their appearance alone what will be their evolution ;)

MASTERPIECE PAINFUL AND HISTORICALLY REALISTIC

PLOT: FL, a very beautiful girl, attracts the attention of every man in her village, except that of the man she loves, engaged to her best friend. A mysterious man arrives, the ML, a little jaded, but who is intrigued by the FL. Nevertheless, war comes (king besieged in his fortress) and barbarians invade the territory...

PROS:
+ great actors: Namkoong Min as ML, accompanied by his 2 friends, and Ahn Eun Jin as FL.
+ the characters are complex, divided between their desires and their responsibilities, tossed around by events.
+ The OSTs are now on my playlist (I particularly like “With you” by Kai).
+ The production is excellent: credible and bloody war scenes ; the tensed, heavy atmosphere of these times of war is well rendered; the cinematography is exceptional.
+ The storyline is solid and the historical aspect seems respected. It is a period which has never or rarely (to my knowledge) been brought to the screen.

PROS:
+ des acteurs géniaux : Namkoong Min en ML, accompagné de ses 2 potes, et Ahn Eun Jin en FL.
+ les personnages sont complexes, partagés entre leurs désirs et leurs responsabilités, ballotés par les évènements.
+ Les OST sont désormais sur ma playlist (j'aime particulièrement "With with you" de Kai).
+ La réalisation est excellente : des scènes de guerre crédibles et sanglantes : l'atmosphère lourde, pesante de ces temps de guerre est bien rendue; la cinématographie est exceptionnelle.
+ La storyline est solide et l'aspect historique semble respecté et c'est une période qui n'a jamais ou peu (à ma connaissance), été porté à l'écran.

I don't understand the good comments about this series!

OK, I'm not a fan of mini dramas because the story is often poorly developed. But I watched it for Dai Gao Zheng (ෆ`꒳´ෆ) which I really like. On the other hand, I don't like at all Chen Fang Tong (expressionless Barbie doll) who plays the FL.

PLOT: a bodyguard (the ML) helps the blind heiress (the FL) he protects, to fight against the plots / betrayals of her fiancé and her best friend. The FL is investigating the death of her father and the ML wants to avenge his family (bankruptcy, suicide, illness, etc.).

PROS:
+ Dai Gao Zheng very sexy
+ lots of kisses and skinship

CONS:
- Story poorly built up, clumsy, where events happen abruptly, and full of every possible cliché.
- I know it's a low-budget production but the costumes are too cheap, tacky and poorly cut, even the engagement ring is adjustable!!! There are limits that must not be crossed in the cheap business!!
- Another series where we wonder if there is a police force in China... Murders, corruption, attacks, etc. but we don't see a single uniform in the whole drama Щ(◣д◢)Щ
- OST poorly suited to the climate of the scenes.

=> Fortunately it was short, otherwise I would have dropped it!

OK, je ne suis pas fan des mini dramas car l'histoire est souvent mal développée. Mais je l'ai regardé pour Dai Gao Zheng (ෆ`꒳´ෆ) que j'aime beaucoup. Par contre, je n'aime pas du tout Chen Fang Tong (poupée Barby inexpressive) qui joue la FL.

PLOT: un bodyguard (le ML) aide l'héritière aveugle (la FL) qu'il protège à lutter contre les complots de son fiancé et de sa bestie. La FL enquête sur la mort de son père et le ML veut venger sa famille (banqueroute, suicide, maladie, etc.).

+ beaucoup de kisses et de skinship

CONS:
- Story mal construite, maladroite, où les événements arrivent de façon abrupte, et bourrée de tous les clichés possibles.
- Je sais que c'est une production low-budget mais les costumes sont trop bon marché, bling-bling et mal coupés, même la bague de fiançailles est ajustable !!! Il y a des limites à ne pas franchir dans le cheap !!
- Encore une série où on se demande s'il y a une police en Chine ... Meurtres, corruptions, agressions, etc. mais on ne voit pas un seul uniforme dans tout le drama Щ(◣д◢)Щ
- OST peu adaptés au climat des scènes.

=> Heureusement que c'était court, sinon j'aurai zappé !
