It was awesome. It's more-or-less like live action version/adaptation of Miss Hokusai.

Is there going to be a sequel? I was a bit confused by ending. Also is this the only movie, where Jet Li shaved his head completely?

It's very beautiful movie. It takes place during Kumbhamela. Wish there was a scene where Xuan Zang visits three Bamiyan Buddha's, documents in his writings.

I was originally hesitant about watching, but ended up watching because of amazing cast. It was good.
