The actors are the biggest clowns than us. Of course they want and waiting for their works to be released. That’s why it makes me laugh and annoyed at same time reading cnetizens going through the stages of grief and finally wanting this drama to be buried cause they tired of waiting.
But of course there are haters that want it buried period.

I’ve always been optimistic that it's going to come one of these days. Especially this year, that's why I’m here now clowning. 🤡 i’ve always just been lurking.

But what I do know is that actors were able to mention it already since 2022.

One of my fav artist’s studio (Chen Yao) on the year-end post of 2021, hyx wasn’t included as works upcoming to be broadcast but it did for end of the year of 2022.
But even before December 2022 , some months ago ChenYao webpage of the old company started including hyx in the works to be broadcast.

She also had a magazine video interview sometime around in the fall 2022 irrc and she mentioned HYX in the works she has going to release.
So actors were able to mention hyx already since last year and it’s likely that they already knew that things will change with NRTA.

There was even a video of the fight scenes by the martial artist's choreographers that went viral last year IIRC. But tencent still liked to lay low.

And now 2023 support cast actors are trending posting their on the set photos (which they need approval for) with hyx talk hashtag but deleting post. That is a big sign its being coordinated like they do when its time for promoting. So hopefully unlike last year, this will really be the year we get that official announcement!

Just ignore them. Fans always tells favs to fatten up but then want to see them more in costume drama which requires extreme weight loss. And on flip side when celebrity puts on weight they ridicule them 😒

Studios usually include works done as upcoming we can never really know for sure which will really be released unless official promotion. Idk where the news came from that said their studio mentioned it coming this year as I read some mention it said 2023.

But yeah with the actors posting they can't post pictures from the set without permission. So my guess is they testing the waters

Oh yeah def. I am a snob when it comes to acting and who I watch that’s why I have small following on weibo. lol but the line up in this drama is strong. Even though CFY is a newbie he's not too bad like another hot newbie actor I shall not name. Lol He actually did fine in Ever night considering it was his first.
For me the main leads needs to be at least attractive but they gotta have good acting skills. But sometimes main lead may not be good looking but the story and their acting will shine no matter what. Like Zhang Ruo Yu, I don't fine him good looking by standards but his acting and some of his dramas are really good.

Yeah Im one of those who have a thing for villains if they have a sad backstory or just pure evil but cool 😂 One of reasons I want to see this, because it’s rare for people to like villains. Since Moran I read was gonna turn evil. And

Yup totally! It’s like if you read a comic and the art is so nice but the story is shit people may read it for the nice art but will always complain about the plot. But if the story is EPIC than even shitting art can save it like the manhua Doulou continent lol

But this drama deff gonna be EPIC regardless. I might laugh at some bad CGI if theres any but still going to enjoy it since novel readers rave about the story and ive read spoilers here and there. I like complex characters too.
