The man told him he might not get custody, but if a judge looks at only facts, they would give JH custody because he has a stable life, has money which means he can afford childcare and is actually trying to be involved regardless of if he cheated or told her to get an abortion. While she took off into the night while pregnant and started living with a whole freaking stranger.
