Rather strange how no one comments about Qimin's obsession with QL. I find it rather creepy. Willing to marry a woman who is pregnant with another man's child? And he keeps calling her my lady, never by her name. Both him and the princess are just as bad with their obsessive behaviour.

Yeah. I wanted to see Qimin move on and the princess to have at least one person she loved by her side. Alas.

Didn't expect to like the second CP so much. I can't say I wasn't disappointed at the way it ended but it made since their relationship was doomed from the beginning. Qimin and the princess were both birds in a cage, unable to break out from their roles and live life as they wished. Main CP having twin sons was unexpected. I knew they had to move to a neutral territory to live. Making weapons never ends well for anyone which the FL gets to see for herself.

Ep.30: finished the drama. It was an entertaining journey with good production values and something different from all the other dramas airing right now. Happy ending too. The last eps had me teary eyed at some characters' fates. Too many star-crossed lovers in this drama.

I want to slap both kings. One is a paranoid crazy man and the other drove his wife to death and exiles his 8 years old son. This being Cdrama, they won't get any punishment either. Like a good ol' coup.

Agree. It's like the old dramas I used to watch with my grandmother😅 Some of the things these characters do are not so funny in 2025.

This is old-school rom-com. It's why so many viewers have issues with its plot😂

Intimate in that time can mean anything from holding a woman's hand to seeing her naked legs so I wouldn't stress about it😂
