I'm balanced. When the SML are good, I get SLS/MLH, for e.g in Nevertheless, the ML was a toxic pos and the SML was>>>>>>>>>> or in Start-Up where the ML had the charisma of a dead fish compared to the SML.
Whereas if the ML is better and the SML is me MLL/SLH for e.g Just Between Lovers (although the SML in this isn't a bad character, he just has no chemistry with the FL) or Forget to Remember You (the SML is just very manipulative, unintentionally).
I personally MUCH prefer dramas with multi-couples and no love triangles.
Ahh the days when Kdramas were obsessed with giving female leads horrendous hair styles (this, Coffee Prince, BoF, You're My Destiny, Cinderella & 4 Knights etc.).
I got like 10 of them correct and honestly these review descriptions are SPOT ON lmao Kudos to these reviewers because these dramas can be described with those lines exactly. The one about Touch Your Heart, Vincenzo, The Innocent Man and Gangnam ID esp were spot on lmao The Touch Your Heart description in fact suits CLOY as well.
+100% agreed. It's why I prefer the J-version of some dramas like the Japanese ver of Signal over the Korean one.…
For Signal, I watched the Korean version back then and then watched the Japanese version. I found the Japanese version much better as it was trimmed down with just the right length. The Korean version got really dragged on mid-way through on the other hand.
I think even many shorter k-dramas (16 episodes) would benefit from having fewer and shorter episodes - like a…

Squid Game had really inconsistent, flawed plot that made very little sense (for e.g the whole cop brother subplot made very little sense and had zero development by the end). Most of these new Netflix produced Kdramas are only popular due to the shock factor they provide rather than how good the writing is. Sweet Home, Squid Game, this one, Silent Sea, etc. the plot if you inspect properly is full of holes and writing inconsistency. They're popular though because they provide shock value (which is great for short term entertainment) that most Western TV dramas don't provide (western TV dramas are very subdued compared to these, esp HBO shows which are mostly slow burns).
I'm sure within a year or two, people will be over all of these dramas and really see for what they really are. Shows like this don't stand the test of time well tbh
Okay so I was right. It's more of Yeondu being selfish and addition of unnecessary characters. The SML is completely unlikeable, ILY Wonpil but your character makes me wanna slap him.
These are the 2 most toxic sets of parents I've seen in a BL ever tbh they're horrible parents. They're up there with the parents from Until We Meet Again.

Hospital Ship could work as an asadora especially. The subject material it deals with reminds me of asadoras.
