The worst part of this was it wasn't a 1 time rape. The victim stated that he was raped for 4 years on regular basis. Like reading this case made me SO MAD omg I;m still MAD. If I ever get my hand on that judge >:(

MB. I confused it with another case. The South Korean case I confused it with was that case where an idol raped his groupmate and only probation as a punishment because he was "remorseful" and "reflected" on his actions. Mind you the prosecutor ONLY ASKED for 3 years punishment for that rapist compared to 4 years in this case. Just makes you think HOW SHIT the legal system is.
