She was already in a very unstable mental state prior to these events, and now that the revelation at ep29 makes her even more conflicted.

The one that shows up is Wu Zhen who not only has a close tie with Hu Zhu, but also would not come catch her husband at entertainment places normally. On the other hand from Wu Zhen's perspective, the ones lying in wait includes MZY who inexplicably left her at home earlier.
Before they hugged, there was the back and forth conversation between them basically stating 'usually, you would not act like this and lie to me".
