@hiiiiiiiiiii - at first listening to the song I didn't know this was sung by two male singers. I thought it as a female and a male. Zhou Shen has such a beautiful voice.

I felt the same at first, but the more I watch I think she fits the role better than the first actress. I didn't read the novel, but from the synopsis I think her character is suppose to be strong willed? The first female lead although very pretty, I find her fit for a weak character. Therefore, as the story progress might not be the best fit. I think he fell in love with her for her personality not just her beauty if he had watched her over 9 lifetimes and she looked different every time. I do feel the female lead role could have perhaps gone to other better actresses, but I do see improvement from her compare to her past roles. I like her in more serious role rather than the cutie role. The male lead though in my opinion is perfect. Loving the story so far because of him. He's a great actor.

You can watch Eagles and Youngsters if you want to see more of Karry Wang. It’s a good series with lots of action.

1st episode and already this is much better then The Great Ruler. The cast are much better actors. Leo Wu and Karry Wang.

While I have nothing against Roy Wang’s height, I agree. While watching I kept thinking what if Karry Wang was in this role. I think he did a great job in Eagles and Youngsters. He did the fight scenes in that series very well. I keep waiting for him to come out with another series, or perhaps an Eagles and Youngsters sequel...But I also feel the script and directing of this series could have been better done/written as well. The beginning is different from the anime version. Mu Chen’s character in the anime version was strong and clever. In the series so far he seem weak and boring.
