Ep 5 - one tiniest detail that made my respect for FL skyrocket

I've always hated when characters just pause when someone else reveals their secret, as if they can't make it more obvious that they've been caught in the act. Not this FL, she keeps walking even when she was shaken when ML called her actual name.

Yeah she is the whiny type character, that's why I like her sister and CF more than her and the main cpl

Just finished ep1 and the camera work is genuinely throwing me off haha, what are all these dramatic zooming into faces staring off sideways

Awww I hoped to see them turning back into humans at the end and meeting their lovers, now I'm just filled with questions. Will they reinacarnate into humans again and meet their lovers after 18 years? Will they have their memories?

100% agree with this, CXX and Tan'er weren't my main focus, but I am impressed by their acting

I definitely liked the secondary couple a lot more initially, but I grew to like the primary one too after a while

I was so thrown by that and laughed my ass off by LaMu

I mean anyone would want to rebel and be the greatest evil if they were literally incarcerated and mistreated for 18 years of their lives and engaged to the demon realm

This series should be renamed to: How not to be a father. The human emperor did develop a strong backbone though

I'm late to the party too! Excited to watch this, just came from Goodbye My Princess and didn't realise CXX was in this too!

I only watched the first 16 episodes before giving up and skipping through the rest because I could tell this would be an incredibly angsty story, even more so than TTEOTM (which is quite a feat). I wasn't really interested in all the court politics, but I really wanted to know how their relationship would turn out, and it didn't disappoint

Lol in a span of maybe a day or two, the princess gave up on her long-time crush and found a new love, I'm impressed

I liked him in Sherlock: The Untold Stories, and then realised he sang History Maker?? I'm in love

Oh my goodness when ChangYu saw all those dead people from Lin'An waving at her in the last episode I thought she had died, that scared me

I would say the historical stuff became the main focus in the latter half of the series, but the romance was definitely focus of the first half.

MLC is sooooo good, as is The Blood of Youth + Dashing Youth + Blood River

I loved the first half, but not so much for the second half (except for DengKai he's amazing), I'm interested in knowing how you feel when you've finished the series
