Untrue. Jesus told stories all the time. Most of the Bible itself is a collection of stories.
Stories which give rise to mere speculation rather than furthering the administration of God which is by faith or stories that promote speculations rather than the stewardship from God that is by faith. . So, the stories told by Jesus doesn't fall under this category.
Not now. It's been that way for a long time but still we can't help ourselves. There are several conservative christian groups who strictly stay away from movies. I come from such family. We don't even have a TV at home lol. Till this day no one in my family knows I watch them.
Bible itself says to not encourage any fictional stories and to stay away from them. It means watching dramas itself is bad but still we like watching them and can't live without them. So, guys we are all past that and are already indulged in this sin. So, suddenly don't start acting like this is right and that is wrong.
All things aside I am liking the fact that those typical k drama troupes like ridiculous love triangles, accidental kisses, stupid misunderstandings & heavy melo are slowly getting vanished. To be honest I liked that phase of k dramas but I am well past that age of crying buckets. These days I am just looking forward to dramas that are light hearted with a stable mains relationship. So, this is a welcoming change for me though some might wish for things to remain the same.
I mean, to be fair, his father murdered his mother and ML has NEVER forgotten or forgiven it, whatever the excuse…
The only disappointment I had with that drama is Prince Annan is more of a guest role. I just need a drama where a character like that plays a full length role.
I mean, to be fair, his father murdered his mother and ML has NEVER forgotten or forgiven it, whatever the excuse…
ML is already unrestrained. He fears no one. He doesn't care about the rule of " Emperor is above all" and Imperial decree etc. It's actually refreshing to see a character like this. Most MLs I watched irrespective of how powerful they are bow down when it comes to Emperor but here ML is different. More or less similar to Prince Annan in Shadow love. Sometimes I feel like if he gets too frustrated by the court, he might just close down the doors of court and kill all those ministers. I hope they don't tone down his character his much. Hardly we will get to see characters like these. Please don't turn him into a simp. šš
Tried reading the novel but gave up around mid 20s. FL is OBSESSED with sml, ml falls in love with fl after a…
I hope it won't play out similar to the novel. If so, I will be dropping this without any regrets. I hope the makers are intelligent enough to know what scenes to adapt. I have had enough of strong characters turning simps after falling in love and also clueless FLs who can't make up their mind.
Prince & King are going to fight for the General's love. š„³
I think FL already started feeling something for ML. The way she came back to check on him even though she was prepared to leave...tells something is brewing. But she might fall into a dilemma later when she comes yo know that she once loved SML.
I don't think so. Even so, there will be some hidden story behind it like he did that to protect her. Asian dramas have this serious tendency to whitewash SMLs. The makers are very afraid of SML blind worshippers to actually for once create an actual villian SML.
CZY acted his heart out in this drama. It was surprising how this drama started off as a very dark one and now slowly turning into this historical romance, the genre we are most used to do. But I hope they don't tone it down too much. CZY as Sui Ge looked ruthless. I hope his sister took the right decision in marrying Jing Shi. For now that guy seemed to be like one of those SMLs who are hopelessly obsessed with FLs. I hope he won't cause any pain to ML's sister. If he does anything, I am too afraid that it will turn ML into a killing machine. ML seriously looked like a psycho in the first few eps. I even fear for his father, the emperor. It's like ML is hardly containing his inner monster. In those faceoff scenes between him and his father, I even felt that suddenly he might cut down his own father. That's how dangerous he is when he is turned on in the wrong direction. I hope FL contains him and makes sure to keep his humanity in check. Otherwise ML may create a bloodbath sooner or later.
Why on earth was that mistress getting angry at FL š¤¦āāļø? But I am glad that FL can now finally move on. This bodyguard genre has always been my favourite. Last time I was so invested into something like this was when watching K2. This drama literally turned back the clock for me. It's been quite some time since I watched a swoonworthy K drama. This drama has been good so far.
I'm loving this so far! It's so cute, and I think the step mother actually cares a lot more for him than he knows.
She lowkey likes him a lot though she doesn't show it. She kind of admire his character. It's something like when you love someone but don't want to show it, so you try to say things you don't mean. I like her. I think she has been keeping tabs on him and was rooting for him.
