Ai Hashimoto should come forward with more concrete evidence, because for now it seems that she claims Sato harassed her in episode 1 around the 19:30 and 20:00 mark. I watched the scene again and I just don’t see it.

I do not know all the ins and outs, but apparently Ai Hashimoto felt that she was harassed in Ep 1 around minute 19.30 and 20.00. Sato claims that he accidentally touched her chin and honestly I tend to agree with him. Unless she comes out with more evidence, it does not look good for her career as I think people are currently siding with Sato.
It is sad, I think both are victims. She must have some PTSD as she has been sexual harassed before, but Sato seems wrongly accused. He is collateral damage from her previous trauma.
