It's a bit ridiculous, but the characters are very likeable and the cases they worked on were very entertaining. There were some continuity errors towards the end, but overall I liked it. 8.5 out of 10

Title The WONDERfools Spoiler
A funny drama with a very interesting plot. I liked the chemistry between the characters, the well-crafted storyline, and the excellent acting. The emotional aspect of the drama was very well done, and I really enjoyed the performances. On the downside, I'd say the first three episodes were a bit slow, but from episode four onward it was good. I'd also mention a few minor plot holes in some episodes, and the 1999 setting was just okay, especially the hairstyles, which don't match the ones depicted in the drama.
But overall, I really liked it; I give it a 9 out of 10.

Title A Splendid Match Spoiler
Really, the drama was exceptionally done. I followed the plot so easily and saw absolutely nothing wrong with…
5,000
It's true that we all see dramas from our own perspective. For example, for me, the plot of a drama has to make sense above all else. The characters must behave according to their established roles, and logic must prevail. If a drama does all of this well, it's close to a 10 in my book. Meanwhile, for other people, other things are more important, like the main couple having chemistry and everything revolving around them. In my case, this doesn't affect my score as much. That's why dramas like Joy of Life, A Dream Within a Dream, Eternal Love, and Love Lies in the Galaxy are so well-made. Even if you take away the main couple and everything surrounding them, all the secondary characters make sense, the movements from one place to another are taken into account in time and space, and there's still a drama and a story behind each of the remaining characters.

On the other hand, I didn't find it difficult to follow the story of this drama; it's super easy. However, it did have a lot of errors. For example, I'll name a few because, as I said in my first comment, it would be too many to list them all:
1. We have the female protagonist who beat everyone in an archery competition, but to have good aim, people practice for years, almost every day of their lives. However, she's never shown with a bow outside of that tournament. Even though her life was in danger 100 times, she, being such a good archer, NEVER used that skill. Why, if they've established that she's better at archery than people who practice it, does she not use this skill to save herself?

2. When all the characters are at the border and CYY asks YX to use his surname Yu to rally the troops, it turns out they have one hour before the barbarians arrive. During that hour, a giant suit of armor belonging to YX's father appeared out of nowhere. The armor alone was so gigantic that transporting it probably required a separate cart just for the trunk inside, because look how huge it is! Now, I can ignore where the armor came from, but two episodes later, they show that YX wrote three letters using that armor. That means it was during that hour before the barbarians attacked, because according to the timeline, it was like this: CYY asked YX to use the armor and rally the army; before rallying the army, YX wrote the letters; he went out, rallied the army, and then they went to the battlefield. So far, so believable, but then they show flashbacks of him writing to his sister that during that same hour he was also training soldiers and laughing with them, implying that he had spent a lot of time with them. It's clear he was there because he was wearing his armor. This is a huge plot hole.

3. The movement between cities during the first part of the drama makes sense; they show them getting into cars, and time is lost while the characters travel from one place to another. After GJZ's mother dies, it's as if they changed the director or the writers. Suddenly, the characters are moving between cities several times a day; in some cases, it's almost like teleportation. GJZ has just seen CXQ in another city, they say goodbye, and then he's traveling to get to the Chens' house, but when he arrives, CXQ is already there. This is repeated several times in the final part of the drama. Now, this on its own isn't so bad, but when you add up all the errors, the gap gets bigger and bigger.

4. For me, more than specific errors, the biggest problem is that most of the secondary characters don't have a resolution for their stories. It's like watching a part of the drama and then deciding to kill everyone off because they don't know how to write endings. And those who didn't die didn't get a conclusion; all their stories were left open: What happened to the Chen and Ji families? Did the villain really die, or did he also escape like the main couple? Could the one who started the fire have returned for his master? Were the Ye family able to bury Ye Xian? I suppose they were later? Did Gu Lan get married, or did she also have to flee? Did her fiancé's family disappear, or were they uninvolved? And was she finally able to reunite with her mother? What happened to the king? Why did he lose half his court? What happened to the kingdom? If they lost the court, neighboring kingdoms would attack them to take advantage, and that was the problem during the second half of the drama, wasn't it? GJZ's cousin was shown to have gotten married and pregnant in the end, but she suffered because her husband didn't love her and she suffered at the hands of her husband's family for bringing less money (2,000 taels instead of 20,000)? Too many unanswered questions and zero intention of answering them. 5. How could they kill off the third most important character in the drama off-screen? YX's death didn't affect me at all; it was more the impression of everyone crying for him. As a viewer of the drama, if they were going to kill him off anyway, I would have liked to see him die a hero. How could they cut the ending short like that?

From ep 1 to 16 to 10 out of 10, then the logic left the chat and it went really so-so, but the last 5 ep were speed running a whole other show. The clothes, the location, the actors, the OST are really pretty, the main couple looks really good, i didn't know that in the drama they had a 12+ age gap, however they look good together. Too bad the plot went so bad, it is full of errors and without logic. Writers create problems and then, since they don't know how to fix them, they simply kill off the characters. For me 7.5 out 10.

Title Perfect Crown Spoiler
The drama has all the elements of a typical Korean drama that many people would be interested in watching: a good OST, popular actors, good set design, an interesting theme, and a marriage of convenience. The episodes are enjoyable, and this is the kind of drama I think of when people ask me why I watch K-dramas.

Now, aside from all the good points, I have many complaints about the plot of each episode and some of the dialogue. I won't describe them in detail because it would be too much to write about each episode. But there are many empty dialogues that don't make any sense and repeat the same thing over and over, whether it's with the scandals or the fires. Fires break out all the time in the palace (at least three are shown in the drama), and they don't have a fire suppression system and put them out with buckets of water? Hahaha. Anyway, I also think about some mistakes. For example, when the prince went to meet his father-in-law, why was Hui Ju's father at the head of the table? In a political system where there's a prince and everyone else is just ordinary people, rank is always respected. Then, on another occasion, the prince puts the contract in the safe. Later, they show the queen giving the contract to Prime Minister Min. BUT, in the last episode, they imply that the one who has the other thing that was in the safe (the previous king's order to hand over power to his younger brother) is Minister Min. How is that possible? Did everyone have access to the prince's safe?

On the other hand, I think the supporting actors overshadowed the main ones in some parts, especially BWS. Most of his scenes are good, but he really can't act angry. His face is always still, and his mouth has a constant smiling expression, so I can't take him seriously in those scenes. The child actor playing the king did an excellent job for someone so young. The assistants gave us a better kiss than the main couple. The villains were impeccable, it's a shame they sidelined the queen's role so much; I would have liked her to have more power.

The main problem the drama raises about the existence of a monarchy in modern Korea is only superficially addressed. They never show inequality, only inequality between the wealthy without titles and the wealthy with royal titles. Then they tackle political issues that they didn't address throughout the rest of the drama, and everything flows smoothly, when in political dramas nothing flows smoothly. I think they should have focused more on romance than politics in this part.

Anyway, I watched the drama from beginning to end. It was easy to watch, and overall I liked it and recommend it, with a few minor reservations. 8 out of 10

So when did the last scene happen and what it is about - FL in gray jersey "dress" and a bag, walking…
Choi Hui Su had told her she was tired of her life and that one day she would give Myo Jin a gift. They didn't use knives at HS's house, but coincidentally, there was a knife next to her before the murder—the same knife MJ took and used to kill HS. Now, in my opinion, HS already knew who MJ was, which is why she showed her the videos from the past, specifically those with MJ's parents. Perhaps she didn't think she was going to be killed, but she actually orchestrated the situation to help MJ with her revenge. So, in the end, MJ realized all of this: it was HS who helped her with her revenge.

I was planning on watching this but the ratings seem to have put me off a bit. Is it really that bad?? Also it…
Oh hello, even from the day 1 this drama was realeased already had that rating (7.2 at that moment) with 132 ratings, so the rating is just a bunch of haters and bots. I swear how can you rate something with only one episode on air? So don't believe in the rating

I enjoyed it; it kept me entertained from beginning to end. The actors were fantastic and did a great job. Every scene felt polished in terms of acting, and even characters with limited screen time, like Ahn Nae Sang and Yoon Se Ah, delivered excellent performances. The suspense was just right—not too much, not too little—although you can guess where the story is headed from episode 2 or 3. On the other hand, I think the story suffered a bit from the editing, especially in episodes 5 through 7, but particularly in episode 6. Some parts are very noticeably cut. It's clear they filmed more than they could fit into the 8 episodes. I wish they had made 10 episodes, but oh well, it is what it is.
Overall, 8.5 out of 10.

The drama is entertaining, the situations are sometimes very predictable and some things don't make sense, but if you want to have a fun time without having to worry, this is a good drama. That said, it's visually stunning; everyone is gorgeous. I loved the cinematography, the photography, and the OST. 8 out of 10.

Title Welcome to Samdal-ri Spoiler
There were many things I liked about the drama: the scenery and cinematography, the town, the main theme of self-discovery and self-improvement, the OST, and the actors.
There were also some specific things that bothered me: Bang Eun Ju never paid for all the bad things she did, nor did her mother, who had assaulted CSD. The scandals were too big, and she was just a photographer, not a celebrity, so it felt very unrealistic (I know it's a drama, but it was too much). Aside from those specific things, I think the pacing was very slow; the same thing happened many times. Also, the main couple felt more like friends than lovers.
Overall, I liked it more. 8.5/10
By the way this drama looked like Hometown ChaChaCha and Our Blues had a baby and is this drama LOL

Title Veil of Shadows Spoiler
The drama has a very interesting plot that makes you wonder what's going on, and it keeps you wondering for almost the entire drama, at least for about 22 episodes. I didn't like the ending of the first story arc; I thought it was a bit wrong that people died right under everyone's noses. The second arc was the best; it answered many questions and seemed to me the best-developed of the three. I think the third arc was the worst. As a fan of time-travel dramas, I had no idea this drama dealt with that theme, but I think the editing ruined the story. She went back in time 26 or 27 times, and with so many possibilities, she never asked her sister for help. She only asked Ji Ling for help to use it. Well, I didn't like that part, especially since the repetition cycles weren't shown, the were just 'flashbacks'. The ending was okay, but perhaps there was another way out.
I really liked the chemistry between the couples. I liked that the story is different, and you really can't guess what's going to happen. The costumes were very nice, and the locations were mostly beautiful, but the cinematography didn't do them justice. There were too many close-ups, and the CGI of the sky, in particular, looked very fake. The actors were all very handsome; at some point, the tears looked very fake, but then it was fine. The music was nice, but they overused it, which I've noticed in almost every Chinese drama I've watched this year.
Overall, what I liked most was the plot, and what I disliked most was the number of unnecessary deaths that then "didn't happen?" or did they?
Anyway, it's worth watching; for me, it's an 8.5 out of 10.

Title Love beyond the Grave Spoiler
Seeing all the recent positive reviews, I feel a bit like a villain, but I have many complaints about the drama's narrative development and obvious flaws (this is the fault of the writers and director). However, I'll just mention the things I liked: 1. Obviously, the actors, and not just the main couple, but seeing so many actors I've seen in other dramas who did a great job. 2. The main storyline answered most of the questions raised. 3. The official ending was good; the ending of episode 41 was a bit cliché, but it was still good. 4. The costumes and locations were beautiful. 5. It's not the typical story that's so often repeated in costume dramas.
If you're a fan of angst dramas, you'll definitely enjoy it. For me, it's an 8 out of 10.

totally agree with you...I dropped it btw after 5 ep...I just couldn’t force myself to keep watching it.
And yes i put this drama on hold for a month, meanwhile i watched other 2 long dramas and 3 or 4 short ones, but i finally watched the whole drama, in the edits in Twitter looks better with all the skinship, kisses and stuff, but in the drama the chemistry is average and is not centered in the love story, so i kind of forced myself to finish but since the last 10 episodes are interesting i forgot about that.

Title Generation to Generation Spoiler
It tries to be a 'complicated' story, but they don't develop it with scenes; the characters simply explain what happened, and at least 20% of the drama is spent on that. The story is predictable, and the characters aren't very likable. The supposedly strong FL isn't really strong, and she spends two-thirds of the drama not knowing what she wants, which is why she has the SML at her beck and call. The ML is very manipulative; he decided to drag the FL into his revenge from episode 2, constantly using and manipulating her. From episode 23 (when they go to look for the brothers in the mountains) or thereabouts, the story gets much more interesting. The older characters are much more interesting, as is the previous generation. Keeping the hooded man a secret wasn't necessary; it's known from episode 3 or 4. I don't know why all the mystery was there. The clothes are ugly, but the sets and locations are very beautiful. I liked the ending the last 7 minutes, but not so much the story's development. They also cut out many scenes I would have liked to see because they were like story climaxes, especially battles, and then they just recounted what happened instead of showing it. 7 out of 10 for me
