In the midst of preparing the EP 7 and EP 8 Revisited. As I rewatch the episodes again for the nth time now (means I lost count by now), I am always so happy to see how Pat and Pran always communicate with each other, especially after they become a couple.

They communicate not just with words, but even with their eyes, through the phone, through post-aids, through many other non-verbal means. That Pran could tell immediately right away that Pat was having trouble in EP 8 just with some short words from Pat over the phone speaks volumes of this amazing communication and bond they share.

Yes they usually use meung (you in a vulgar way), which is also common for close friends. That actually subtly hints at just how much their love had grown even more over the years.

My favourite episodes were EP 4, 5, 8, 9, 11, 12. But the other episodes were amazing and I like them very much too. It's quite hard to pick, honestly speaking.

And if you are wondering why Pat (and Pran) were willing to speak up so openly about their relationship to the people in the pub, those were likely his college/university juniors (they were from Engineering and Architecture too, and Pat addressed them as Nong)

As to why they didn't do so in the high school reunion is because unlike in high school, people in college tend to know each other less unless you are really close friends. And that high school reunion is also of the same batch, and their friends knew them well, and might have known their parents too.

The chances of their parents knowing about their relationship from the college ppl there in the pub are far lower than from their high school friends.

How many of you also feel the same as I do, feeling happy that Pat and Pran call each other's names so frequently in the finale episode?

One of those I remember well coz I like it so much:

Pat: 'Guys, I don't mind if you want to fight. But you must get a lover out of the fight, just like me.'

Pran: 'Guys, don't listen to him. It isn't worth trying if you end up with a lover like him.'

Pat: 'Prannn!!!' (This scene is gold. If I were Pran, my heart would totally melt right away at how Pat called Pran's name and looking at him full of love.)

Pran: 'Yes sir' (Looking all blushing and full of love)

It's very good. You can scroll down and see so many comments detailing a lot of things about this series, all the healthy discussions it generates and how basically this series while not perfect, but has so many positive and strong aspects that deserve watching and rewatching many times for a long time.

By all categories except for Dropped, The Bad Buddy has significantly higher rating than The Red Sleeve, and therefore, it should not get any lesser overall rating than 8.9, and in fact should be around 9.0 now (means it should be in the top 20 of all MDL by ranking).

Ratings per episode (yes, you can rate each episodes separately) are also comparable for both series. In fact The Red Sleeve has some episodes rated lower than Bad Buddy's lowest rated episode (and it has one episode rated 8.8, whereas Bad Buddy's lowest is 9.4)

And the percentage of those who dropped the show in Bad Buddy is actually much lower as compared to The Red Sleeve. (Plus Bad Buddy actually has more watchers and received more ratings than The Red Sleeve)

I am also quite sure that it should be around 9.0 or slightly more, and absolutely it should not be any lower than 8.9. The episode ratings have been improving too.

Yes, with EP 12, that EP 11 curse was definitely broken. I have expected that very much considering that Bad Buddy has broken countless tropes.

9.0 is already very good! :D I am happy that most people find Bad Buddy amazing :)
