Bad Buddy was the first series ever in MDL to reach 50k comments.Currently Bad Buddy is still #1 most commented…
50k of those came in the past 4 months alone. During the same time frame Immortality gained about 20-25k.
Anyway, the amount doesn’t matter much. What’s important is Bad Buddy page is one of the healthiest and safest, if not the healthiest and safest space in all MDL (I believe Immortality page is too).
Loved this, so cute. https://twitter.com/y71z0/status/1500835095409684481?t=URDZ2NPhsotJB6xSzvGwDA&s=19
This is very nice! Thanks!
As much as I don't want to ship and speculate on actors in real life. I am pretty quite sure OhmNanon is real ):)
(I'm usually a very good judge of character and actions just by seeing them, and I'm rather convinced by what I have seen all these while - it's not just fan service. As both of them mentioned before, they love each other, and this does not have to be categorised the way we usually categorise people's relationships)
If only GMM promoted Bad Buddy back then during airing the way it promotes (and promoted for the past few weeks) Bad Buddy Illumination, Bad Buddy could have been a lot more popular than it already is now.
Maybe not to 2gether level just yet, but definitely it could have doubled its viewership by the finale episode, meaning that it could have surpassed DBK, and reaching Theory of Love level by now. (200M+ to 250M+ range)
That's what could have happened in an alternate universe when GMM backed Bad Buddy fully. It seriously has too many concurrent series, that it is literally not possible for them to focus their marketing and promotion on just two, three or four series.
Hey Bad Buddy gang. never understood the joke with Pat's chat ID.... Patlnwza55+ .... what is this referring to?
Inw means god, while za means naughty/mischievous/cool 55+ (haha)
So based on what I read, it means Pat, the cool/mischievous godlike guy haha (And this was supposedly popular when they were kids, so that's why Pran smirked when he heard that nickname)
Just Pat and Pran gazing and staring at each other. This was very well done! ):) (They are so much in love, and back to their high school time, including Pat. He just didn't realise back then what he actually really felt for Pran)
I noted the discussion in KinnPorsche trailer YouTube, and saw one comment saying that Cutie Pie's rival has come.Current…
As matter of personal preference, as we all know we have for every series we watch (it's always subjective): KinnPorsche doesn't really appeal to me, although I am someone who can easily watch any BL series and still enjoy it. Bad Buddy no matter what still tops the list so far, and unlikely any near future BL series will replace it for me.
Plus, I think we all know this, but the moment the thumbnail is something saucy (as with KinnPorsche trailer, Bad Buddy EP 9 Part 3), with exposed torso and all - the viewership immediately shot up like crazy. Best classic example is Friend Zone EP 4 Part 4 with almost 20 million views just for that part alone, when the other parts are only barely above 1 million (this was one of the most lopsided one in my opinion)
Nothing wrong, and I am sure many of us, myself included, likes to rewatch hot scenes again and again - but I am just wondering how many people actually just watch for the hot scenes and then not even watching/understanding the whole story or characters?
(Especially important for Bad Buddy coz it's very character driven - watching it bits by bits will not make one understand the complexity of the story - hence, why we still have some people who felt that they were lacking romance and all that from time to time)

Current Cutie Pie stats (it has the potential to get probably just below Bad Buddy in stats with 12 episodes, provided that the series doesn't tank in the later part)
EP 1 - 8,646,000 EP 2 - 7,532,000 EP 3 - 5,259,000 (just released over 1 day ago)
Total - 21,437,000 (This was better than what Bad Buddy got for their first three episodes in comparable time period)
I still feel that Cutie Pie won't reach Bad Buddy's level in the end.
However, it is KinnPorsche's MDL page I am watching closely (sorry, got that competitiveness in me from Pat and Pran ):) ). It already has over 15k watchers here before it even starts airing, compared to Cutie Pie's current only 11k watchers. Bad Buddy has almost 24k watchers now, but even back then, before it aired, it was just about comparable or slightly below KinnPorsche.
(Plus, KinnPorsche MDL already has close to 2.7k comments now with still one more month to go before it airs, which is actually more than what Bad Buddy MDL page had when Bad Buddy started airing (just around 2k back then))
Bad Buddy gained about 2.5 million in the past 6 days. Current total as of early morning (SG time) of Monday, 7 March is 142.7 million views.
There has been an uptick in viewership as expected with the flood of OhmNanon and Bad Buddy contents (esp. #BadBuddyIllumination) that we are having now. We are still on track to actually pass 150 million before end of March (I predicted earlier that it will only pass 150 million in mid April or so)
Meaning that we are likely to surpass Still 2gether maybe around end April or early May, as GMMTV's #6 BL series.
State of Bad Buddy Report - 42 days after Finale (YouTube total of all four parts per episode - rounded to closest thousand)

Ohm and Nanon will appear on One31 annual event on 12 March.
Will we get a performance? Or maybe who knows, announcement of their future new series?
Counting moments to 25k watchers! Bad Buddy still deserves a lot more viewers here and elsewhere!
Anyway, the amount doesn’t matter much. What’s important is Bad Buddy page is one of the healthiest and safest, if not the healthiest and safest space in all MDL (I believe Immortality page is too).
Currently Bad Buddy is still #1 most commented series in MDL that has confirmed airing and finished airing.
