That user 'Retired_from_ent' hasn't come online since their last comment...😱 It's been weighing on my mind,…
You are absolutely right. I've been thinking about this shocking post for days. I also wrote him/her a private message but haven't received a reply yet. I really hope that this person just needs some time to get over this situation and this emotional overload. I pray that there were/are people around him/her who could give help and comfort, because there is always hope in life.

In Love and Redemption, he reminded me in many scences very strongly of the Korean actor Kwak Dong Yeon....

I don't know if it's the mouth, the nose, the shape of the face or the facial expressions in some scenes(when they laugh or act surprised), but Tan Xuan Lin reminds me a lot of Jim Parsons from The Big Bang Theory. I don't mean that in a bad way, because I think both actors are good 😉

Nothing against Cartier, really! Cartier makes beautiful jewelry but this Cdrama was just one long commercial for the Love bracelet. The product placement was to obvious and so over the top...lol...;-)

Last year a saw Sora Kara Furu Ichioku no Hoshi and it was a very interesting drama.
Short but intense. Refreshing story, not this love story you see every time in Dramaland.
Psychologically very complex, dark, and hard to deal with because the character were this kind of persons you would not like to meet or could sympathise with. Well, I just finished the Korean version now and it was a big disappointment. Everything was so bland, full of cliches and to conservative for my taste.
Every episode was boring and stretched out to much. They repeated some things over and over again. For Example: standing in front of each others house, crying and bagging. I swear, you can play a drinking game. Just take a shot of soju, every time the the FL stands in front of the rooftop house, crying or moaning hysterically, than wait 3 Minutes and you see the ML in front of her house staring like he had some really bad stomach pain or acid reflux... In the end I even cared more for the cute cat than for the couple and I asked myself why?
The Actors are great. Jung So-Min and Seo In-Guk made some really good dramas.
But here they did not make an impressive performance, specially Seo In-Guk could not compare to Takuya Kimura at all. In the Japanese Version Takuya Kimura was so bad in a good way. He didn't even need words, his eyes were just talking. His Character was so hard to deal with.  There was his heartless manipulation and merciless especially to the women who fall for him on the one side but he had also this kind of sensitivity and his longing for someone who could understand him. This  lead him into self-destruction.
Seo In-Guk was not able to make it that way at all.It was to much for him.
When he tried to look mysterious or devilish  I could not stop laughing. And when you start to laugh, even it is getting dramatic, you know something is very wrong.
The hole Plot was not well done. They avoided to go the raw, hard and dark way, like the Japanese Version. I know, they tried to make it different, maybe to give everything a fresh note. It did not work for me, but that is just my personal opinion, i guess :-)

Title Missing You Spoiler
So they all need 15 years do get the Clue that both Killers were connected to each other, really? I mean at least the Detective, who was so hardcore obsessed with the case, should have looked more into it. The main Killer on the other hand just made some Google Research and had a little chat with an other cop, so he gets the identity of the girl fast as hell....thank God it didn't take him 15 years, too:-) Oh and by the way: Only after the death of the girl the Detective/Uncle finds her secret plans in her house? Did he never visit her? Did he never rings the doorbell and says "hi, how are you doing? I'm bringing you a present, a good meal or something like that?
I never saw that he takes care of her and of course he never saw her "Rain-Man meets Kill Bill Bride- Behavor" and never finds her at least a little bit strange....
Everything seems so lame and without much logic. To weak for my taste...

Great movie, but it leaves me with some questions. Lee Ja Sungs pregnant Wife also worked with the Cops, so she was in fact a mole. Did nobody found out about that? The chinese Hackers had all the files about the Cops; weren´t there anything about her? Did Lee Ja Sung himself find out about the real identity of his wife? At the end he went to the meeting and left his wife in the apartment. Behind the door were so many of his men. Did they protect her or killed her? And on the other hand, did she ever find out, that her husband was an Undercover Cop? This was kind confusing...
