Easy one to rewatch too 😊 glad more people are catching on to this mini drama I loved it so much when airing.

I felt it was a fun rom com and loved the acting from all the actors, even the baddies, they played their roles perfectly - liked that they managed to mix comedy with angst and the most multi-layered misunderstandings of all time (picturing everyone thinking Shiyan the boyfriend being the total opposite of an older married uncle with kids gave me a huge tickle). It's meant to be light and fluffy and think on those points it delivered!

I'm sure I've missed the discussion under all the muddy waters somewhere (I left the forum so I could watch in peace!) - but do you understand episode 10 why she looked intrigued (gleeful almost) when he asked her to wear a red dress? Think I figured out the cake bit although it's really vague (maybe a translation issue).

I've blocked that user - Dr Whatshername - her whole account only makes fun of, diss and ridicules Bailu and other actors. Even when Bailu was dressed in gorgeous gowns she would still make fun of the designer gown...tell that to the designer then!

Shame lots of people fall for such irksome clickbait and make them more money.

You can try Lucky's First Love I thought it was a cute rom-com, and short & sweet but lots of people panned it for her bad hair do but I looked past it and enjoyed it as light entertainment!

I always feel the boat with Xiao Zhan has sailed after Ace Troops. They were very good there despite her short appearance.

I had to stop reading comments here until I finished watching it - the youtube comments seem much more favourable. I had a fun time watching it, especially all the misunderstandings about who ZSY's real boyfriend was and how it got compounded in the worst possible way.

Haha I can't wait to re-start. To be fair there are so many good classic short clips of this comedy. My fave at the moment is still the one with 3 of the guys approaching Shuyi to sit at the front row with them...
