Lawrence Wang reprised the role from Eternal Love in Eternal Love of Dream! I enjoyed his return.

It wasn't a bad movie necessarily. But as pointed out by others, it wasn't a good Godzilla movie.

With a name like Chai Lai's Angels I can't tell if it's meant to be parody, homage, or something in between, but it had some fun moments (namely physical comedy).

Update, Midnight Diner on Netflix now only has seasons 4 and 5, so technically the first three were still removed but the title as a whole was not.

Netflix no longer has Midnight Diner listed as Leaving Soon. Further, it was lumped together with the Netflix original Midnight Diner: Tokyo Stories under one title. The latter is now season 4 and 5 of the former.

Can someone explain the significance of the setting to me? Shangai's cuisine, job market, quality of life, culture, and so on are frequently mentioned. They sound relevant to the story but I have no context.

Sites like that are great but sometimes they are full of ads and pop-ups which can make it hard to navigate. I personally prefer to make these lists here (and sometimes written down in a notebook as well) to help myself keep track and have all my watch data in one single place.

Anyone know the name of the song that plays during the end credits?

While I thoroughly enjoyed it from start to finish, some moments felt repetitive and the final montage was a little too drawn out for my liking. Also, that kaleidoscope effect? Incredible.

I am a little confused by the title though. Nothing about it was 'sudden', there was plenty of build up and payoff.

No worries! I don't always clarify on the list itself, just my profile, that this only applies to my specific region. I'll be more mindful of that in the future :)

(Also they DID NOT announce removing Hwarang, it just disappeared overnight and I hate when they do that!)

I just checked and Netflix doesn't have any of those titles. They must have already been pulled out of their US catalogue.
